Maurice was friendly and professional.

In and out of the oil change in less than 15 minutes and when I had an issue getting my car to start they were able to help figure out it was my key causing the issue. Great experience and good people working there.

So glad I stopped by JiffyLube on Charlotte today. I am somewhat new to town and finding places to do business, Jiffy is convenient so I went for it. Ronald, James, Laverne, and Drake were so efficient and professional, I appreciated that they work together like a “well oiled” machine and showed a lot of camaraderie and then wished me well as I headed back onto the road. I will definitely be back, keep it up- you guys could teach a course on affability.

I had an outstanding experience at the Jiffy Lube on 710 Charlotte Ave thanks to Maurice and his coworkers.They truly went above and beyond with their customer service. Maurice was very informative, clearly explaining what services were needed without any pressure, and both of them worked efficiently to get everything completed in a timely manner. Their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail really stood out. I appreciate how smooth and stress-free they made the entire visit. Highly recommend this location—ask for Maurice if you can!

The guys that worked on my car were great. Very pleasant, fast and efficient. My only comment is that Jiffy Lube prices tend to be a bit high. I asked for new wiper blades and didn’t really pay attention to the prices. They were crazy expensive. But…it was convenient to get them put on while I was there.

Maurice + the team were super kind and quick! I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I need an oil change.

Maurice was so kind and took great care of me. I stopped in to get an oil change after having a bad interaction at another local place. Because of the stop I was running late to get back from my lunch break. When I said I had to get back to work Maurice got the second bay opened for me and I was on my way super quick!! He even showed me how to find an extra coupon. He was lovely to work with and we had some laughs too.

Staff were professional friendly and helpful. They were trustworthy and respectful. They explained the services.

Great service made sure to update me on all my vehicle needs. Recommend them!
