Always a wonderful experience! We bring all of our vehicles here. Maurice is very knowledgeable and friendly. The gentleman who changed my oil also did a wonderful job!

These guys were fast, explained things clearly, were upfront about cost, and were very kind. I didn’t feel like I was being talked down to like I have in other situations with my car. All in all are great experience! I will absolutely be going back to this location from now on.

Had my tire absolutely and out of nowhere blow on me right down the road from this place and there was no possible way I was making it. I called to see if they sent technicians and I believe a regional manager named Tiffany got in her personal vehicle and drove out to me. Not only did she have everything that was needed, but her attitude was beyond fantastic and joyful despite how difficult it was to get my tire off and the heat. She took my spare which had a leak and filled it up with air just to return and put it back on. She also had a technician named Reese I believe that came out when we struggled and helped. 10/10 for just that. I then proceeded to follow Reese to the actual store where he aired up ALL of my tires and gave me a much needed oil change. The customer service, dedication, and just joyful attitudes was what made this place stand out. This place has beautiful employees that know what they’re doing and aren’t complainant to help when you need it. They literally saved me stranded and got all of this done within 30 minutes. Not only that, but they gave me advice and tips on where to take my car to get new tires, get my bumper fixed, and a brake line fixed. Just beyond exceptional and they were so beyond kind. I will definitely be returning for everything I need done, and hope to see them there again. 10/10 on EVERYTHING and would 100% recommend especially if you’re a female who’s by yourself out in this crazy city. Not to mention, the price for all of this was Amazing to say the least. I don’t have enough good things to say and all of these people need to be promoted.

Getting your car serviced can be nerve-wracking if you don’t know anything about cars. So trusting your auto tech is huge. I trust these guys. They’re fast, efficient and super friendly and honest. I’ve always had a great experience here. Everyone is friendly, honest, and super quick. As a young mom, I really appreciate going somewhere I trust and never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. Definitely the best Jiffy Lube around.

I traveled to Tennessee from Georgia and needed an oil change before getting back on the road to go back home. Hands-down, the best oil change service I’ve ever gotten! From the customer service to the maintenance service. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Even when another car pulled up into the line beside and it appeared that car would be serviced before mine they had me move over so that I wouldn’t be skipped. They allow you to apply coupons for discounts, which is very helpful. Shortly after I got there several other cars showed up so seems to get pretty busy, but she’s probably another testament their Service. I’ll be sending my son now that he’s a resident here and I’ll definitely be back when I come to visit!
