I should have asked his name, but the gentleman that took care of me said he has been there 13 years. He was wonderful!

Highly recommend asking for Ronnie when you visit. He was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.

The staff were professional and efficient. Found me a couple of coupons. Would highly recommend.

MOE was absolutely the greatest! He truly went above n beyond with his customer service . It was my first time at jiffy lube. In fact everyone there was great, all looked out , helped me out with any questions . and I will absolutely be returning…. I’m gonna ask for Maurice!!

Quick, informative and great customer service. Ronnie and Maurice were phenomenal! Not only were they quick in our oil change, but they also mentioned checking on our air filters and providing some insight on how often we should have them changed. Great conversation as well!

I traveled to Tennessee from Georgia and needed an oil change before getting back on the road to go back home. Hands-down, the best oil change service I’ve ever gotten! From the customer service to the maintenance service. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Even when another car pulled up into the line beside and it appeared that car would be serviced before mine they had me move over so that I wouldn’t be skipped. They allow you to apply coupons for discounts, which is very helpful. Shortly after I got there several other cars showed up so seems to get pretty busy, but she’s probably another testament their Service. I’ll be sending my son now that he’s a resident here and I’ll definitely be back when I come to visit!

Wonderful service and great customer service service

Quickest oil, change, tire rotation, and air filter replacement ever. Was in and out in 20 minutes. I was also missing a tire cap for the last eight months or so and they put on a new cap free of charge. I will definitely be back!

I went in for an oil chef (LONG overdue). The men were VERY informative and helpful. They’re very busy as it is right on the edge of downtown but they move efficiently. I would recommend them for sure! I was in and out in about 30-40 minutes with 3 people ahead of me!

Came for an oil change, left with an engine flush and some new wiper blades. The guy custom service was impeccable, they educated me on my truck and communicated what I needed. 10 out of 10 recommend!! Special thanks to Ronald and Raymond!!! See you all soon!

This location is one of the best Jiffy Lubes I've had the pleasure of getting my car serviced at. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't try to upsell me on products I didnt need. Highly recommend and they're open 7 days a week!!

I’ve had consistently good experiences at this Jiffy Lube location, which is why I continue to come back. Prices are reasonable for the convenience and service provided, and the oil changes and basic maintenance are typically completed quickly and efficiently, even during busy times. What stands out most is the management and customer service. The team seems well-organized, professional, and willing to take care of customers. I also appreciate that they recognize and value military service, which is meaningful. Like any service-based business, occasional mistakes can happen, but in my experience they have been willing to acknowledge issues and make things right when needed. Overall, the combination of fair pricing, fast service, and strong customer care is why I continue to return to this location.
