Greeted right away, discussed my needs for my visit. Really nice technician, walked me through the service and recommended needed services. I was very pleased. Great staff!!

These guys are always quick, professional, and never pushy about unneeded services.

Had a fantastic first visit at the Old Harding Road Jiffy Lube! Ryan welcomed me as soon as I arrived and did a great job explaining services, discounts, and what to expect. Darrell was equally wonderful - friendly, professional, and great at keeping me informed about what was happening with my car. I was done in less than 30 minutes! I’ll absolutely be back - this team has earned my trust.

The guys were great. They changed my oil and serviced my truck. I had an electronic coupon which they accepted. Even with the coupon this place is expensive. This is basically a commodity service and the location is less than ideal so it is never crowded. The folks are very professional and very personable.

Carl did a fantastic job with my 15 minute oil change. I had no wait, the waiting room was quiet and comfortable, and the customer service was excellent.

Had an issue with a broken windshield wiper and thought the arm was broken. Tech explained the arm did not have to be replaced and he installed new blade on the existing arms. Saved a bunch of money. Really nice guy. Also did an oil and air filter change and I was in and out in ~15 minutes.

Air filter and windshield wipers. Every time I drop in they checked my fluids and my tire air pressure! The service was incredibly fast, and the staff were courteous and attentive throughout the process. They made sure I felt valued as a customer, and I appreciated their professionalism. Boy were they fast! I was in and out in 15 min. Was across the street waiting for same service- oil change but I was behind 6 cars. I am not waiting an hour to get an oil change so I left and went to Jiffy Lube. Glad I did!!!
