Been coming here for years! The team is always fast and friendly and do way more than just change my oil! They even let the little human watch the guys work! Could not recommend more!

Was one of the best experiences I have ever had getting my vehicle fixed. Logan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to explain the issue with my vehicle in detail in order to allow me to make an educated decision on what to do. I will 100% be coming back here in the future!!! Such a fast, friendly, and reliable environment!

Big shout out to Logan for getting my motor mounts taken care of for a very reasonable price and very quick and efficient work. On top of that as a customer I felt like I was a priority and not just another car to work on. Also the crew all the way around are very customer oriented and friendly.

The staff at this Jiffy Lube are always friendly and fast. They do excellent work. I didn’t have many miles on my vehicle since my last oil change and the technician asked if I wanted to wait. That shows me that they care about their customers and aren’t just trying to make money off of them.

I was having concerns about all my fluids in the used car. The coolant light has been on when the car was started.These young men were so respectable. They put the car in the shop and checked up everything. I have used Jiffy Lube on 45th street many times. They even checked the tires. God bless you for getting the car safe enough to drive to OKC.

5 Stars is not enough for these guys I would give them a 100 if I could. They helped me quickly and friendly. After the service the manager Uriah Villarreal opened the doors for my wife and daughter to get in. Bathroom in waiting room really clean. Can recommend them any time.

Uriah has always been so helpful everytime I go in to get my car serviced. He is always willing to help and make the process as easy as possible. My good friend Reagan also goes here and she said the same, Uriah always give A+ service. You can tell he cares about his customers!

Always fast and efficient service

Went for oil change. They bring the filter to u to make sure u see if it needs changed or not. Cleaned windows, vacuumed car ,very fast and courtious .

Techs are always professional and straight to the point. Guy in charge there is doing a great job!!

If in Amarillo, TX, great place to stop for service work. Passionate employees, properly staffed, and knowledgeable. I'm on the road all year so it's a shot in the dark when I have to get service work done in. Todays stop at jiffy lube in Amarillo was a bulls eye!

Friendly and fast

I gave this location five stars because they messed up the plastic cap that covers the oil filter from a previous oil change. I was told they were unable to perform the oil change due to the cap being stripped. They acknowledged they were the last ones to perform the oil change. I was sent to another shop, and was told the ONLY way to remove it would be to break the cap and replace it; a $122 fix. I called the manager at Jiffy Lube and was told that although this was a common problem they would replace it at no charge. I appreciate the manager willing to correct the error, and although had a minor inconvenience the mistake was corrected.
