I just got an oil change at Jiffy lube and had the best experience. I wasn’t sure which oil I should use for a high mileage car with 215,850 miles on it and the people there help out a lot. The expertise there was phenomenal with the owner. They told me which oil to use. I used a synthetic bland 5W-30 for a Mazda 3. I really liked Issac Clark which did my service. The location I was at in Amarillo Texas is on 2801 S Georgia St.

Rodney and his crew are the best. They are very friendly and let me know how my car is doing, tires, fluids and checked my window wipers. Best place in town.

This location shows out every time! Came in for a regular oil change and they were so sweet to us! They vacuumed my car even though it was a mess and we told them they didn't have to. Also filled our tires without being asked and taught my fiance how to fill the refrigerant at home! They also asked about our engagement and offered us a 10% off coupon. Truly amazing service and customer connection. We won't be going anywhere else ??

This is the one Jiffy Lube location I trust with my vehicle. Rodney and his group have impressed me time and time again with their efficiency and integrity. I bought a used car and took it by for an oil change, and they checked it and told me the oil was clean and there was no need to spend my money on it. But they’d love to have the chance earn my business whenever it was time to change the oil. I brought it by again today and they not only changed the oil, but they checked all the fluids to make sure I was good before a long drive this weekend. They do right by their customers and I’ve never had any of the annoyed, rude, or impatient attitudes that have become all too common in the service industry. It’s a tight ship over there.

one of my wipers quit working, I was in CO went to Grease Monkey in Castle Rock, they said I needed a new motor, but one wiper was still moving. Didn't have time to wait for a part, called here. The manager asked me a few questions and told me it was not the motor. I went in and he tightened a few bolts and they are working fine. Didn't charge me a dime. He said the motor and labor would have been about 400 bucks. Honest manager, honest company.

March 2024 update - Rodney is back and in charge again! Don't hesitate to bring your vehicle in now that honest top notch service is back at this location. Rodney toured me through the under bay and wow is it clean and organized! They put the dates and technician's name on your new filter when installed too. They do a great job and don't skimp on anything! I've used a few oil change places in town and finally settled on this one.

Honest guys running this location! Pulled up to get a oil change and my grandparents vehicle, I was unsure about the condition of the vehicle and we are about to drive it 350 miles. I asked for an oil change and when they got it in the bay he said the oil does not need to be changed and went ahead and checked everything else on the vehicle at no charge. I definitely recommend this place. Thanks!

Ok Google Guides, I am a recent transplant back to my hometown from Hell California. I use my Google maps to guide me to everything Now. I was gonna hit a Jiffy Lube close to my house, but they had a low rating due to bad service. So I got on Google maps and found this Jiffy Lube. Aldo met me at the bay door with a smile and we got down to business. They ran thru the car and asked all the right questions. If I needed it done they asked me and I was impressed with how detailed the staff was with every detail from the tires to the fluids. This is the place!
