I got my oil change and inspection and it was not a long process. I definitely recommend them, there services are great and a friendly team.

My family had an exceptional experience at Jiffy Lube today in Atascocita. We brought in two vehicles for service and were impressed with how smooth and efficient everything was—we were in and out much faster than expected. Madison was especially outstanding. She was pleasant, professional, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She made sure everything was handled quickly while still being thorough, and her friendly attitude really stood out. We also truly appreciate that they offer a military veteran discount. It means a lot to see businesses recognizing and supporting those who have served. It’s always great to find a place that values both efficiency and customer care. We’ll definitely be returning for future service and highly recommend this location.

Awesome quick service! Cheap inspection

Had a state inspection done on my Jeep Wrangler at Jiffy Lube, and I was in and out in 15 minutes! The team was professional, polite, and made the Sunday visit a breeze. If you want efficiency and friendly service, they’ve got you covered. Definitely a positive experience!

as soon as I pulled up, I was greeted with a technician explaining everything to me that was going to take place as far as getting my car inspected he asked me to have a seat in the waiting room and then he said it would take them less than 15 minutes to get the car inspected as I proceeded to the waiting area. I was surprised on how clean it was inside. Most of these places are very dirty and nasty and smell like oil but this one iIt was very clean organized. The Customer Service is fantastic. They know what they’re doing. I will definitely be back. They have gained my business.

I came in for an inspection. The staff was super friendly and attentive! First time walking in and felt so welcomed. Definitely will be returning for any future needs! And big shout out to the receptionist! I hate that I cannot remember her name, but she was awesome!

Always a great experience

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of attention and thoroughness of the service provided by the team at Jiffy Lube. Dennis was a true professional and helped me understand everything going on with my car and recommended the right services. Best of all, my check engine light went off as soon as I drove away.

Service was awesome. Was told just take a seat and I'll take care of everything. AND HE DID!!! Before I knew he was done. Great comfortable and friendly place.

The work overall they did was very good, they talked me through it all and were very helpful teaching me what went wrong with my vehicle. But I got there at 8 when they opened and told them I work at 10, they said it won’t take that long. I left at 11. If they could be more truthful on how long the repair would’ve taken it would be 5 stars. Overall good work but there should be better transparency about the time.

Hated to be that person, but I came 5 minutes before closing time and they gladly let me do my urgent state inspection. No complaints whatsoever and was done quickly. Amazing service with amazing people.

Had the best experience at this location, love that they have a charging station, WiFi and complimentary water. Customer service was superb! Special shout out to Garrett for going above and beyond - very rare these days. Much appreciated :).
