Customer service is great

Excellent efficient and honest service

I just walked in and they got my inspection done fairly quick.

The manager / staff was very friendly & greeted customers with great confidence & a big smile! They, new exactly how to fix your problem .

The state inspection was quick like 30 minutes. I was greeted before I walked inside! great customer service! They go above and beyond for their customers.

Very prompt, courteous service

Every one was very nice and professional especially the older male that checked be out he explained all that was done and was very understanding of my situation. It means a lot when someone you don’t know wants to help you out out of kindness. I will definitely come back

Great service as always

Really friendly

Staff is always so welcoming and fast service. Take the time to explain recommendations. Thank you!

Five stars! The crew here runs like a well oiled machine. Everyone was super friendly and geared up to help the second I pulled in. Amazing service without being pushy. I will continue to keep bringing my car back here. Best Jiffy Lube location!

Brought my Mother In-Laws car to have the oil serviced. Erica showed me two terribly dirty air filters and a giant bolt inside a tire. She informed me of all needed changes for the car along with printed information when I decided to come back for the services. She was very friendly and answered every question we had so my MIL was safe driving back to Louisiana. When my online coupon wasn't registering, she was amazing to match the price herself so I was able to save a little more. Great customer service!

Thanks so much for the staff assistance, they are so kind, polite and helpful!!! I will use this location again!!!!

Sidney was amazing

Always a great experience when I come here. The email with coupons always help and military discount helps big. Always pretty quick even with a line.

The receptionist was awesome. He made a bad car trouble day into a good one despite the maintenance.

Great, fast, friendly service.

My car had a coolant problem today where the engine sputtered and the accelerator gave out. Leslie, the manager, worked very hard to help me even after the shop was supposed to close. Definitely recommend taking your vehicle here.

I absolutely recommend this location!!! I went in for a typical oil change and I was informed about another issue with my vehicle. I only ended up having to pay for the oil service and the other issue was on the house. It really saved my a lot of money and stress and it was very much appreciated!

Service was exceptional

Staff is friendly, reliable and professional. Service is pleasant as expected.

Absolutely awesome service. The entire staff was ready to assist. Went for an oil change and a check for a freon leak. They located the leak when other places told me there wasn't one. They made my headlights look amazing and kept me updated on my vehicle. They worked hard on my vehicle and I appreciate it so much.

Quick, went over task to be performed.

From the moment I pulled up, to the moment I left, I was pleasantly surprised at the staffs interaction with each customer.

I thought Id give Jiffy lube another try and I must the team on duty took care of me expeditiously. They were friendly and explained everything they would do. Great job guys!!!
