Fast and friendly service!

Top Tier Service. I’ve come in with two different cars with minor/major issues and on a time crunch. They’ve done an amazing job, have great customer service, and all at a great price. Some places feel like they judge you a bit this place I don’t feel that at all. Plus I drive a jeep. I got home and noticed they gave me a duck!!! Thank you Sydney!!

This Jiffy Lube Oil business should be on everyone's list of places to use for oil changes, lube jobs, state emissions checks or other general car engine needs. The employees are well trained, good communicators and very helpful. The location is very neat and clean especially for an automotive maintenance company.

In and out fast and the crew did a great job.

Excellent service, they always take care of my needs and give recommendations on affordable products when things need replacing. I was there again this afternoon and they were so kind enough to even give me an extra discount on top of the first that I had. This was the best jiffy lube I have ever been to.!! The staff was great.!!! Madyson was AMAZING.!! All the guys were nice and professional.!! I use to go to the jiffy lube on uvalde but once I visited the Will Clayton Parkway location I was sold.!!! And this is most definitely my new location it’s worth the 22 min drive.!! :)

I was greeted as soon as I pulled in and every employee I met (even the ones not working on my car) were friendly and helpful. The waiting room was clean and inviting! Will definitely go back!

She was pleasant, professional, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She made sure everything was handled quickly while still being thorough, and her friendly attitude really stood out. We also truly appreciate that they offer a military veteran discount. It means a lot to see businesses recognizing and supporting those who have served. It’s always great to find a place that values both efficiency and customer care. Awesome quick service! Cheap inspection

Had a state inspection done on my Jeep Wrangler at Jiffy Lube, and I was in and out in 15 minutes! The team was professional, polite, and made the Sunday visit a breeze. If you want efficiency and friendly service, they’ve got you covered. Definitely a positive experience!

Not a 15 min oil change by any means, but they did a good job and left the vehicle clean.

as soon as I pulled up, I was greeted with a technician explaining everything to me that was going to take place as far as getting my car inspected he asked me to have a seat in the waiting room and then he said it would take them less than 15 minutes to get the car inspected as I proceeded to the waiting area. I was surprised on how clean it was inside. Most of these places are very dirty and nasty and smell like oil but this one iIt was very clean organized. The Customer Service is fantastic. They know what they’re doing. I will definitely be back. They have gained my business.

I came in for an inspection. The staff was super friendly and attentive! First time walking in and felt so welcomed. Definitely will be returning for any future needs! And big shout out to the receptionist! I hate that I cannot remember her name, but she was awesome!
