I sincerely appreciate the service I received at this repair center. I came in feeling quite lost about a bulb issue with my car, and Brandan took the time to clearly explain the problem and get it fixed efficiently. His professionalism and patience made the whole experience reassuring. I'm truly grateful for his help and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable service.

The team at this location is quick, knowledgeable, and professional. They’ve serviced two of our vehicles over the past five years and I’ve been very pleased with their service. This is my go-to oil change location in the North Austin area.

I thought I would sneek out on my lunch break and get a quickie oil change. First place had a 30 min wait, 2nd place says they aren't able to take it because of the location of the oil cap !!??). Finally at jiffy lube and they are going to get me taken care of. Phew! This car is my baby and the guys here seem to understand and appreciate that.

I needed oil service recently while visiting Austin. I went to Take 5 but left due to the customer service of a female employee there. So, I went to Jiffy Lube down the street and was helped right away with service with a smile. The female employee was very engaging, knowledgeable and we even talked about her wearing fashion nails while doing this type of work. She said she wore gloves when doing oil changes. The male employee provided knowledgeable customer service too. I left happy and comfortable knowing I would make it back to Dallas not worried about my oil and engine. Thank you.

Came at the perfect time!! There was no wait. I was able to pull my car straight in and get it serviced immediately! This morning, I noticed my car was starting a little slower when I hit my push start button, and I was stressed and worried. But they let me know that all I needed was a new battery which I was so relieved by!!! Especially because I know nothing about cars and servicing one when a light comes on can be stress inducing mentally and financially. Really impressed and super grateful for Brendan for letting me know what services my car needed as well as breaking down the costs for me. I’m now a lot less stressed than I was this morning about why my car was having a delayed start! Chrissy was also very tentative, friendly, and super polite!

Quick and smooth service oil change and changed my cabin air filter. Got me in and out !

Staff were very professional and explained every services required in detail.

The manager, Crissy was very kind and helpful, even though I knocked off her computer monitor to the floor. The technician forgot to reset the oil change warning light, but Chrissy quickly reset it for me, and I was on my way home.
