Fast and efficient. Loved that I could get my oil change done so quickly. And the entire team that helped me were great.

Had a great experience here the two guys (Clayton & Stan) helped me figure out where my oil leak was coming from, aired my tires, and sent me off with a clean filter, appreciated their help and great customer service!

Clayton, Juan, and Michael were phenomenal! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They were knowledgeable and kindly explained what services my car would be due for and there was no pressure to add anything on to my regular oil change but they wanted to make sure my vehicle was safe and what I needed. Wonderful service!

Quick and easy oil change

I had an awesome experience at Jiffy Lube. The service was quick, professional, and honestly above and beyond what I expected. One thing that really stood out — the technician actually crawled under my car and personally asked me if I wanted the cabin air filter changed. I’ve been to plenty of places and no one has ever taken that kind of initiative or attention to detail. It showed they really care about doing the job right and keeping the customer informed. Super impressed with the effort and customer service. Definitely earned a 5-star review from me — I’ll be coming back.

Being relatively new to Austin, I needed a new spot for oil changes. Malachi and William are the reason this Jiffy Lube location will be my go-to. Malachi let me know my total before I even came to the location. He was very helpful in letting me know I could go to the Jiffy Lube website to see if there were any coupons that might be accepted at the location, which saved me a quick buck! He and William had me in and out in under 30 minutes.
