I live in Dallas and was in Austin. I took my car in to have the coolant changed, as it had overheated the previous night and I had been advised to replace the fluid. Upon arriving at Jiffy Lube, Freddy assisted me kindly and ensured that my car was ready so that I could return home to Dallas. Thank you, Freddy and team.
