I have been to this location several times or an oil change. Great service, in and out very quickly each time.

Did great job ; like way beyond , each staff member was super chill and helpful and got me in and out amidst me having be on phone with an urgent family health and surgery related call. Thank you all and bless yall , the bee caves location across from Panera etc, not far from mopac.

Visited this Jiffy Lube on Bee Caves today and the experience was excellent. The staff was friendly, upbeat and efficient, and took great care of the work area and you can tell they are very professional while enjoying their work. I really appreciate the staff informing me about a serious recall on my GMC Sierra 2021 that GM had not even told me about, and it required changing the oil grade. It was very helpful to find this out and I need to followup with GM as its a potentially very serious issue with the engine. I think these guys are great, much much better than dealing with Covert GMC thats for sure. No comparison, so glad I found out about these guys!

Fast, slightly expensive

Jiffy Lube day shift team was great. They were very through and quick with my oil change. They reset my dashboard with the maintenance and low pressure warnings. The auto tech checked my 4 tires since I had the low air pressure warning on my dash. The service advisor held the door open for my special needs sister. The auto tech team was professional, friendly and courteous. I would recommend them to my friends. This is my best Jiffy Lube customer experience in quite a while.

Fast and reliable

First time here and had a great experience! I was in and out in 12 minutes! Oil change and air filters changed and the staff was super friendly and helpful!
