Super helpful, friendly, and efficient at this location!

Everyone was nice there and service was quality. The building itself and the driveway around is rough though and a bit of a tight maneuver in an extended truck

Skip is the man. He helped me multiple times with my Honda Pilot’s coolant, including top offs. Super consistent and reliable service, quick always, and the fellas are very kind and honest people. Worth a stop if you don’t have a regular shop.

Joe was really kind, thorough, and informative. He told me his recommendations on what needed to be done on my car today vs could wait for a future visit which I really appreciated. He was really nice to chat with and also got me a discount better than any I could find online! Will definitely be returning to this location for my oil changes, car maintenance, inspection etc.

Joe and his team was super helpful and very nice while getting my oil changed! They also filled up my tires and let me know that they looked at my other fluids as well. The whole thing took probably less than 20 minutes! I will definitely be back for any oil changes or other services they offer.

This is the best JL in town! The guys that work here truly set themselves apart. They are so friendly, seem like they have been there a while and take pride in what they do. I only come to this location! It seems like it’s run under excellent management with kind, happy employees.

Been coming here for over 4 years and Joe has been amazing! The facility needs a little work but that's just a visual thing. This isn't even the closest one to my house but it's with the drive. Update: The guys pointed out some grease coming from my CV boot and suggested I take my car in for service. My warranty ended at the end of the month, so I got it in ASAP to discover the axel needed to be replaced. By pointing this out, they saved me SO MUCH money! The service tech said it'd been leaking a while, and no one had mentioned this during other oil changes or work.

So quick to help me get air in my flat tire and even aired up all of the rest of them!!

I went in for an oil change and had a great experience. Skip was very helpful and gave me advice on the state of my tires and even checked my battery for me. They were super friendly and i'll be happy to see them again in another 5000 miles.

Skip is the gm of this place and you can tell he really really cares about what he does and the people he’s doing it for. My car happened to break down in front of this jiffy lube and I am convinced it was divine intervention to bring me to skip. She helped me out so so so much and was probably the first car guy I have ever met as a woman who I felt was not trying to rip me off. Seriously if you need work done go to jiffy lube, they will treat you right!!!! Also joe rocks too!!

Above and beyond service. Had an unrelated problem to my service occur, and the general manager went above and beyond. Would recommend this location to anyone

When I arrived, the location was a little understaffed for the number of cars waiting, but the team was quick to come out, greet me, and make sure I was taken care of. Despite the heat, both employees worked hard and went above and beyond — they even added air to my low back tires without me asking. Excellent service overall, and I’ll definitely be back! Scipio was great on this visit, and Joe provided excellent service the last time I was here.

Skip (the GM) was amazing. He was polite, went out of his way, and we would give him 10/10. We just had an oil change today at a store nearby and happened to call Skip's store. He came across town to check our issue (engine malfunction light- safely pull over) and was very thorough. Thanks Skip!

My car broke down across the street, and they were kind enough to come over and jump-start it. They then got me set up with a new battery in under an hour. Could not have asked for a better customer experience. Highly recommend! 10/10.

Shoutout to Skip & Joes attention to detail

I recently went in for my vehicle inspection & a long overdue oil change. There was a line, the bays were packed, and I had a long wait, but it was worth it for the quality service my truck got from the shop's team. It's the little things, I had a light out, but I happened to have a spare bulb so they replaced it and didn't add labor to my bill- I know it would have been minimal, but they didn't nickel & dime me about it and I appreciate that. Also, they have a veteran's discount which is always appreciated. I'll be back- likely not on time, but I'll be back :-)

Great team, very fast!

Would recommend just calling ahead to save yourself time. I called to ask if I could swing by for my annual inspection for my car’s registration, they were super kind and said they were super busy that day but would be good any time the next day. The next day, I swung by, didn’t wait more then 5 minutes, was in and out in no time. Super helpful and easy.

Good and quick service. Had a brand new battery die out on me as I was trying to head home which is 3.5hrs away. Triple A tried to quote me at $200 plus tax and it would have taken 3hrs plus. I came here which was down the street from me and the guys were able to find me the correct battery and drive it over and install it in about 45min to and hour for about $50 less then triple a.
