John and Ron are the bomb at Jiffy Lube on Spicewood Springs Road! Oil change, fluids, air in tires etc all done in no time along with friendly conversation. *My new go to spot for oil changes moving forward**Good people?? Also, my sister has been coming here for the past 15 years and highly recommended them. I just moved into the neighborhood and took her advice.

Great experience. John very helpful on making decisions on priorities beyond oil change -- filters immediately, spark plugs we'll check on the next round. His white-haired colleague, I don't recall his name. Was gracious, funny, and cheerful. Ever so proud to show me the before and after function of the air conditioner after the filter change. The oil to use, the cost of the oil change was explained to me in a computer presentation, l was in and out in 15 minutes, John, the technician, was competent, kind and considerate, the cost was around 100 dollars, l highly recommend Jiffy Lube over other oil changing companies in the Austin area, Aplus on all counts. Ron, John, John and all staff simply awesomeness!

As soon as I arrived the employee greeted me, and took care of my inspection in a matter of minutes.

Went in there for an oil change and an inspection. They had to quickly and efficiently in about 15 minutes and John, that was working behind the counter was very friendly and made it an even better experience!

Always nice, wait times are standard but it’s never been too long. Waiting area is clean, I bring my laptop and work if needed.

I’ve been going to this location of Jiffy Lube for years. One of those reasons is the man in charge here named Ron. He is a professional, kind and caring gentleman through and through. His team consists of John and Andrew who are stellar employees as well. All three of these gentlemen amazingly took care of my brand new vehicle. I highly recommend these guys for any oil change needs.

Quick and good service. They do state inspections (emissions test) there.

Efficient staff with great customer service. I was told my state inspection would take all day at Lamb's on Far West but Jiffy Lube got it taken care of immediately.

I am rating this location high because the workers were very nice and fast. I went to 2 different places before this one to get my car inspected, but they did not have any inspectors. I will go back here with my other car for the inspection when it's due.

I went through for the new emissions testing and the three gentleman working at the time were quick and courteous.
