This location is fast and friendly. I did have to wait a bit but was in the comfort of my car. I came in for my emissions inspections and has been very easy. And again so nice being in the comfort of my car will sure to be back with another automotive needs

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube on Menchaca and Slaughter. Brandi handled my inspection and was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. Evan was out directing traffic and taking payments, and he kept everything moving as smoothly as possible despite how busy they were. There were six cars ahead of me when I arrived, so I expected a long wait, but the entire process still took less than an hour. The staff worked hard, stayed positive, and provided excellent customer service the whole time. It’s refreshing to find a place with people who are both efficient and genuinely kind. Thank you, Brandi and Evan, for making what could have been a stressful errand such an easy experience! Highly recommend. ?????
