Great Jiffy Lube location! They carry oil for European cars, I found some of their other locations do not. John Navarro was great, and his associates were efficient and courteous.

I had a great experience getting my oil changed here! Adam was incredibly kind, patient, and informative, and walked me through everything so I knew exactly what was being done. I left with no warning lights on my dashboard and feeling much safer driving my car. I really appreciated the honesty and care.

If any ladies are looking for a woman’s review here’s mine. I like this location, I’ve been here a couple times in the past year for oil changes and the team has never made me feel stupid for asking questions (which is especially nice given how many times I’ve driven up with a bone dry oil tank ??) and they have never made me feel unsafe or uncomfortable. They give me well informed answers that make sense, and tips on how to improve the longevity of my car.

Their mechanic Jonathon at the I-35 oltorf location is super knowledgeable friendly and repaired my car... I had multiple problems and he was able to solve it in a matter of hours... I recommend anyone with engine trouble to bring your car to this location

5/5 — big thank you to John Navarro for going the extra mile for us. After trying to get an inspection at three other Jiffy Lube locations, we called this location to see if they had an inspector on site. Even though their inspector already went home, they called the inspector and had him return to do an inspection for us. Totally made our day with a quick and efficient inspection!

Went to get my inspection done today and gentleman up front helpful and professional. Then had my inspection done by Mr. Navarro who was kind and helpful as well. Thank you!

I cannot say enough about my experience here today. Firstly, the customer service was above and beyond. I worked with Jesse, Jordan, Johnathan, and Tyreil. Adam, the manager, came out when I had a question about pricing, and he was so accommodating and friendly. Jesse showed me my air filter and advised me to change it out next time, which I appreciate as I only learned recently those need to be changed. I asked Johnathan if he had recommendations for a body shop because my back bumper was ripped off and needed to be reattached. Despite body work not being a part of their service offerings, Jesse, Jordan, and Johnathan worked together to reattach it for me. I drove away with all of my problems solved: dirty windshield cleaned, wiper fluid filled (there was none left), a quick oil change, and an intact bumper. What a relief! Thank you so much, guys. Will definitely be back.

Needed a state inspection asap as it was expired and previously went to 4 different locations who couldn’t get it done for me. This team was about to leave for the day but stayed late for me to get my inspection. They were super fast and helpful!!

Hugo, his supervisor and his co-workers were incredibly helpful, informative, and even went above and beyond in helping and advising me with a few other issues on my car and how to take care of them going forward. Prices were great and the shop was decorated nicely for Halloween. I will be coming to this location to work with these guys for as many things as I can going forward. I recently moved to Austin and finding a new car service shop is always a roll of the dice. I’m glad I found these guys.

Jordan, Jessie, Antonio and Adam took great care of my truck, I needed an oil check as well as radiator coolant exchange, they completed it less than 20 minutes and we’re very courteous and make sure they put in my military discount without me having to ask. These guys are great.
