They were able to fix my headlight quick and with amazing service. They’re the best!

After going to other locations that seemed like they didn’t want to do inspections, showed up here and Jessica and Derek took excellent care of me! Great customer service and even apologized after I went to two other locations that told me they couldn’t do inspections. Definitely recommend this location! Fast and quick, with excellent customer service!

Fast and efficient!

Staff is unreal - and Jess is a gem most service centers get a bad rep from others looking for "broken things or fix" to upsell. Not here. I was going in to get a service purely as an experiment (see if it could be fixed and if not maybe time for a new vehicle) - which the team warned me against many times. They almost refused as they knew the service would be a waste of money for me. However as it was more of a test for the longevity of the car I persisted to have them preform the service, even after I got the "your crazy, don't waste your money" look. I later found out that they tried and in the process noticing it would not work, they stopped and did not charge me for it. They absolutely prove the stigma around service centers wrong

Amazing place! They were fast, told me everything they did to my car and even offered extra services and were very honest with how much I would pay and how important it was to change things out! Everyone was so kind, and I will be coming back for oil changes and state inspections!

I can't thank Marie, Jess, and Jason enough for their kindness and professionalism. I stopped by this Jiffy Lube right before they were closing because my car started making a strange noise, and even though they were about to close for the day, they took the time to help me without hesitation. They quickly checked things out, made sure my car was safe to drive, and gave me the peace of mind I needed to get home safely. It's rare to find people who go above and beyond like they did. Their willingness to help when they could have easily turned me away meant so much to me. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and for genuinely caring about your customers. I'm incredibly grateful for your help and highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location!
