I got my oil changed at a different jiffy lube up north, and later in the day I noticed scraping sounds under my car. it turned out that the engine shield plate underneath the car wasn't screwed in all the way properly so it was just dragging on the road. 10 minutes before close I flew into this jiffy lube and a dude with blonde hair and a ponytail said no problem no charge I'll fix it for you. he took care of it quickly use completely new hardware and fix the issue. total lifesaver 10 out of 10 I would recommend!

I got a late start on running my errands for the day. They managed to squeeze me right in no wait. Even after doing a full inspection, checking tire pressure, fluids, belts, I was in and out of there in no time. The shop was very clean, staff was professional and knowledgeable.

I visited Jiffy Lube today and had a great experience. The workers were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire visit. I was especially impressed by how well they communicated with each other, which made the service efficient and organized. They took the time to explain what was being done to my vehicle and answered my questions clearly. Excellent customer service and teamwork!
