I had a fantastic experience at Jiffy Lube store #760. Ricardo, Declan, and Kris provided true five-star service from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. I brought in my 2014 Audi Q7 for an oil change, and the team took great care of my vehicle. They worked efficiently, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. It’s always reassuring to see a team that treats your car with the same care they would their own. Great staff, excellent service, and a smooth, stress-free visit. Huge thanks to Ricardo, Declan, and Kris for the outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.

Omar and Declan were absolutely helpful and went through extra administrative steps to make sure that my Hertz rental EV had the proper maintenance. As an Uber rental program driver, I am very proud of the effort that was put in to make sure that I got back on the road quickly and safely.

I was searching for a place to get my spark plugs replaced. The dealership was going to charge me an exorbitant amount, and everything else was equally expensive. Jiffy Lube offered the best price, so I decided to go there.

I brought the Jaguar F-Type in today. The whole crew was like an F1 racing crew. They had my whole car checked, oil changed, air in tires, coolant topped off in no time. The manager has a method to her madness. She does not mess around. Not easy to change oil on Jaguar they have lot's of screws to undo. Thank you.

Got emission inspection. Staff was cooperative, had to wait little bit in my car but the service was good. They suggested for the battery cleaning too from erosion. Overall good service.

Did not have to wait, drove right in.

So this is more of a rant on the way companies like Jiffy Lube conduct business and not really at all reflective of the specific maintenance persons that helped me today at a particular location. Because at the end of the day, this is more on me than anything. And I’m the kind of sucker that businesses like Jiffy Lube count on. I go into a north Austin location this morning just wanting a signature oil change. I get there, I’m met by an employee who says that it’ll be a few because their coworker is running late. No problem. A few minutes later, they show up. I roll into the bay and they get started. Very courteous and direct. They do all the things that a signature oil change comes with (which is something I can’t say my last two visits to other JL locations did). And one of the workers comes to me with my cabin air filter. Points out rat droppings and asks if I’d like them to install a new one. Now, I tell myself when I go to service places like this that I have to be mindful of what they try to upsell me on. Because I know I likely can do certain things myself for less money. However, I see the filter and I’m pretty grossed out. It wasn’t covered in rat dookie just a few pebbles but it’s gross thinking that’s what you’re breathing in. The worker points that out as well. Now, I don’t feel pressured nor do I think I was tricked into buying a new cabin filter. I ask about the price and when they said it was $47.99, I KNEW that was probably at least twice as much as it would be if I just bought it myself elsewhere. But I agree to it. Work is done and the employees were nice and helpful. I decide to look this up and sure enough, cabin filters are a fraction of what I was charged. And of course installing them is the easiest thing. So I’m not even mad just disappointed in myself and just wondering why would Jiffy Lube want to hoodwink their customers so badly with prices like these? Especially when the products they are offering are basic products and hardly top of the line? Anyway, that’s all. I know I’m hardly the first person to complain about this but wanted to get it out and feel a bit better. Also, I remember a time when JL offered better coupons for their signature oil changes.

Called, they pointed to location with inspector, drove there in 10 min and got everything done relatively fast.

Emissions inspection. Quick and no complaints.

It’s jiffy lube… what else can I saw? I went there for a thing, they did the thing, I was happy.
