I had such a great experience at this Jiffy Lube for my state inspection. The process was quick and easy, and I was in and out in no time. Joe was incredibly kind, welcoming, and happy to answer all of my questions. He made what could have been a routine errand feel like a genuinely pleasant experience. As an added bonus, he shared some great local food recommendations while I was there!! Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and a smooth visit from start to finish! I highly recommend this location :-)

????? Shoutout to Martin — this guy is the reason I'll keep coming back to this Jiffy Lube location. From the second I pulled in, he greeted me like I was a regular even though it was my first visit. Warm, genuine, and just an all-around great person to deal with. In a world where customer service feels like a script, Martin actually made me feel welcomed. On top of that, his generosity and willingness to go above and beyond stood out in a big way. No upselling pressure, no attitude — just real, honest service with a smile. This man deserves a promotion to manager, no question. He already carries himself like one. Whoever is reading this from corporate or management — Martin is an asset to your brand. Recognize him before someone else does. Highly recommend this location, specifically because of Martin. 10/10.

THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO JIFFY LUBE. MY EXPERIENCE WAS A POSITIVE ONE BECAUSE I SAT IN MY CAR WHILE THE WORK WAS DONE, AND IT WAS A TIME SAVER EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE LINES OF CUSTOMERS. THE ATTENDENT THAT APPROCHED ME WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY ATTENTIVE WITH MY CONCERNS. I ASKED WHAT TYPE OF OIL HE WOULD RECOMMEND FOR THE MODEL OF MY AUTO? HE IMMEDIATELY RESEARCHED THE MODEL OF MY CAR AND GAVE ME TWO CHOICES OF SYNTHETIC OIL I COULD USE. I CHOSE THE BEST ONE AND IN NO TIME WORK COMPLETED AND WAS ON MY WAY TO OTHER ERRANDS FOR THE DAY. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THERE AND DO PLAN TO RETURN. THE PRICE I PAID WAS LOWER THAN WHERE I USUALLY GO WHERE APPOINTMENTS ARE NECESSARY AND YOU SIT IN THE WAITING ROOM. I SAT IN THE COMFORT OF MY CAR. THE PRICE INCLUDED, OIL, FILTER, CHECKING THE TIRES AND A SMILE WITH THE SERVICE.

I went into Jiffy Lube expecting a quick, routine oil change—nothing complicated, just basic service. Instead, it turned into one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with any auto shop. From the moment I pulled in, there was confusion. No one clearly directed me where to go, and I sat in my car longer than necessary while employees walked around without acknowledging me. It already felt disorganized. When someone finally approached, there was no real greeting—just a rushed, almost annoyed tone asking what I needed. It didn’t feel welcoming at all, more like I was inconveniencing them by being there. After I explained I just needed a simple oil change, they tried to upsell me immediately. Before even checking the vehicle, they were pushing extra services I didn’t ask for or need. The wait time was much longer than advertised. What should have been a quick in-and-out service turned into a drawn-out process with no updates or communication about delays. While waiting, I noticed employees joking around and moving slowly, which made it even more frustrating knowing my time wasn’t being respected. When they finally started working on my car, I felt uneasy watching the lack of coordination. It didn’t seem like a well-run team—more like people guessing their way through the job. At one point, they came back with a list of “urgent” issues that felt exaggerated. It came across more like a sales tactic than genuine concern for the vehicle. I declined the additional services, and their attitude noticeably changed. The friendliness disappeared, and the interaction became short and cold. Communication throughout the process was poor. I had to ask multiple times what was going on instead of being kept informed. When the service was supposedly complete, there was no real explanation of what was done—just a quick handoff and a push to pay. The pricing also felt higher than expected for such basic work, especially considering the overall experience. After leaving, I noticed things didn’t feel quite right with the car, which made me question the quality of the work done. The lack of attention to detail was obvious. It didn’t give me confidence that the job was performed carefully or thoroughly. Customer service was easily the biggest issue. A simple level of professionalism and respect would have made a huge difference. Instead, it felt rushed, transactional, and careless from start to finish. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that didn’t meet even basic expectations for a routine service. I won’t be returning, and I’d strongly think twice before recommending that location to anyone looking for reliable and professional automotive care.

had the absolute best experience with them. i got off of work at 5 and got there about 30 minutes before close (not ideal, but i work monday-friday so its the only time i can go unfortunately). they were super willing to help which was awesome :) they took care of my 2011 honda civic super efficiently! very reasonable prices too! they were super clear explaining everything to me which is great for someone who doesn't really know anything about cars lol. i highly reccomend that you bring your car here if you need to check battery health, get an oil change, change filters, etc. it's a very welcoming enviroment with a really hard working group of guys who deserve more recognition. i am beyond grateful for their services and time.
