I’m really pleased with this shop. Daniel and Christopher checked everything on my truck, kept me in the loop the whole time, and explained anything that needed clarification. I also didn’t realize they do a lot more than just oil changes, and they helped me understand what might be needed now and down the road. Overall, great experience!

I had my oil changed at jiffy lube in Bastrop today and had a great experience. They didn’t make me feel bad for struggling through basic functions of my own car, I’m thankful they were there and willing to help.

Took 3 vehicles to Jiffy Lube today and Aubrey did a fantastic job. Good to see someone who is thorough and caring. Usually change my own oil and just was too damn lazy today. Thanks Aubrey I’ll be back!

I love going to the Bastrop location. The gentleman that work there are always helpful with questions, suggestions, not to mention extremely quick. They won't waste your time or your money.

Quick and easy, stay in the car oil change. They are, however, very expensive these days.

Blake was very professional staff, knowledgeable of the product and suggested the best oil changes for my vehicle. Lobby area was very clean, cool and comfortable. Im always leary about places like this because their waiting areas are usually not comfortable. I will come here for my next oil changes. He said they were short staffed but I was in and out. Thanks guys
