The guy who check me in for my emissions check. Was rude. It seem that’s he has no empathy for the role that he plays at the organization. his demeanor was kinda off When I told him that I was there for a mission chat, he said put the car and park and get out with an attitude then he stated go inside and I’ll be right with you. The deliver of his tone set a negative environment. However, at the end of my service, another guy assist me he checked me out very friendly very welcoming he told me how much it was. It was 1850 then he went on and stated that you can go to Food town to get your brake tag that was a plus for me. So my overall experience at the end of my service, I would say it’s at eight because the last person did service recovery.

By far the best quick lube that I have been to. Took my moms vehicle there. She gets an oil change once a year. Does not drive much. The crew checked all fluid and checked the thickness of the brake pads. Vacuumed the inside and pulled the cabin air filter so that I could compare it to a new one. I was impressed with everything that took place. The environment was clean and the staff was attentive and answered questions. This time I took my car. I got the same excellent service as before. I received a detailed report on my vehicle and the time from start to completion was reasonable.
