The staff and service was great.

Had an amazing experience at this Jiffy Lube. Alex and his team were incredibly thorough; they inspected my car, showed me videos of the issues, tested my battery with a full report, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They even gave honest recommendations and referred me to other shops for repairs. Super professional, transparent, and kind. This was by far the best experience I’ve had at a Jiffy Lube. Highly recommend!

My family goes to Jiffy Lube for every oil change and state inspection. We’ve been going to the Boerne one for years! Never had a bad experience at this location. A few days ago I went in to get an oil change and because my car needed some unexpected repairs, this very sweet man took the time to explain all of my car repair needs (from dire to I can fix it soon) and even showed the issues to me. And then, he threw in a free tire rotation! Wish I could remember his name, but he is my new favorite! So, thank you!!

These folks are very thorough and keep you informed about other issues regarding your vehicle besides oil. in my case, I have brakes that will need to be addressed. I can now plan for the expense and get it done before it becomes an immediate issue.

This Jiffy Lube is just phenomenal, incredible, and amazing! I'm a young woman figuring out how to take care of my car and handle all this for the first time, and they never steer me wrong! They are so wonderful, explain my options clearly, and provide beyond five star service both on my car and with their positive sweet attitudes! D has helped me these past two times and she is a ray of sunshine and an expert at what she does! There's no one I'd rather trust than this Jiffy location! If I could give more then five stars I would and I will be a returning regular! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!??????

We came for an oil change and we found out we had a dirty filter thanks to the mechanics that helped get That replaced and Alex was very helpful and polite at checkout

Jiffy Lube team working on 3/1/26 was great. Quick service, was just an oil change. I think the main guy we talked to was named Lucas. He was extremely friendly and gave his honest opinion on recommended services. Will come back here vs going to Take 5.

I take my cars to jiffy lube for all me maintenance needs. The guys at jiffy lube treat me like family. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a quick oil change to quick tune up.

They were very professional and polite. For how messed up my brakes were, they fixed them with minor set backs (sorry Jiffy Lube crew lol)

These guys were top notch and helped diagnose what those bozos at take 5 messed up. They found the oil filter was incorrectly installed and helped me diagnose the wrong oil was on my truck.
