I pulled in for an oil change and brake fluid change. Both completed in less than 20 minutes.

This was the best experience I've ever had for an oil change. Monica explained everything I needed to know. Alex was the most patient, helpful, and kind employee I've encountered in a very long time. They took great care of my new car at a reasonable price. I fully intend to return for every oil change.

Suggest that customers verify tire check and windshield wiper fluid are checked before leaving, even when indicated as completed. Otherwise nice, friendly people.

Very convenient for an oil change I needed in a pinch- being open on weekends was great for my schedule and worked out well. Staff was friendly and service was quick.

Good spot just be sure to research your correct oil as they offered the wrong oil at first

Jiffy love is Awesome! Everytime We go to our Boerne jiffy lube , they treat us with kindness , always explain everything !! If they make a mistake like in price or something they make sure to make it right. Our car is always given to us clean ( no papers etc ) I prefer to take my car to jiffy lube for everything that they can take care of there, Best Juffy Lube ever !!

New to the area but have now been for oil changes twice. Both times greeted promptly and very transparent communication. Will be back!

Great service. Friendly staff. Did not show me the oil dip stick level after service and start up. When I got home I checked the oil level and the level is too much oil.

I arrived 15 minutes before closing time. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I chose to sit in the lounge while the technician handled my oil change. They were done in about 10 minutes! It’s the fastest I’ve ever had my oil changed! Definitely recommend.

Fast and efficient.

The staff were wonderful. We no longer live near Boerne but I will always drive 45 minutes to go to this shop.

They were timely and courteous as usual, however I think they got confused as the attendant told me 5 w 20 was used as I requested. The receipt says 0 w 20 was used. Better check next time I suppose.
