Darrell was great and helped us with everything we needed

Usually pretty good with my other vehicles, but this time they didn’t have my filters so I had to go somewhere else. They should’ve had somebody pick them up and bring them back and put them in from the dealership across the street. They should’ve never let me leave to another lube place.

I had the best experience especially from the guy who serviced my car he did a great job, very informative and professional his name is cruz. Would recommend to everyone to get their oil changed there and if cruz is available all for him. Very satisfied of every single thing at this location because of cruz.

First time going to Jiffy Lube. The wait was not long and the service was great. The manager explained what to expect and the different types of oil changes to choose from. I knew she’d of time what the cost was before the oil change. Afterwards he explained what services were they do and if I needed any services other than oil. Give them a call for an appointment.

Best service in town! Their Manager Ismael serviced my truck quick and easy and gave excellent customer service he was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this location it seems to be in good hands!

I felt very positive towards the work performed. Everyone was quick to perform my service request and. kept following with me about the status of other parts. The only problem I felt was that the service was too expensive, even with the discount coupon. I could jave visited the Honda dealership for the same price, but they would have been slower than jiffy lube.

John and TJ were super awesome dudes! Needed a tire patched pass through on sunday. These boys took care of me and had me in and out in about 15-20 minutes! Couldn't have asked for a for better service!

Tj the manager is the best....what a professional.

I got my oil changed, my cabin filter, air filter, and my coolant switched out. I asked for a brake job because I had a slight squeak when I stop. I was told the pads were still at a good level. It would've been $249 for each axle. I dont think they understand how much I appreciate their honesty! I will definitely be back. You don't find many people that won't take advantage of you these days. 10 out of 10!

I definitely pay for the covienience of nit changing my own oil. Other than the expense Jiffy Lube did fine.

Max and Ronnie are amazing they were very patient and time consuming and updated me everytime even with them being busy they made time to update me everytime even through the technical difficulties!!! I will forever go back to see Ronnie and max they deserve a raise for there customer service them 4 days of my car at there shop !!

Receiving a call from my 18 year daughter being stranded at a busy intersection 2.5 hours away from me was scary. She didn’t know what to do and I didn’t know what to do. I got on Google to find a Jiffy Lube and called them up. The young man I talked to on the phone said she was closer to another Jiffy Lube in town and he’d contact them to get a mechanic there to help her out. They didn’t waste time and got to her in record time. What I thought was the battery was the alternator and they fixed it right up. I am very grateful for them going out of their way to help my daughter. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Anyone needing a Jiffy Lube in the Bryan/College Station area, call up these guys. Either one. The one in Bryan did the work; the one in College Station coordinated with the closer store to get a mechanic out there. Wish I could remember the young man’s name I spoke with and got the ball rolling in College Station but the CSA at Bryan was Maximillian and the mechanic who did the job was Ronnie. Thanks again. ??
