The people at this location have been exceptionally helpful and nice. I have been amazed at the wonderful service and how quickly they get me in and out. I don't often find quality service like this anymore and I'm very thankful when I see it. Every single employee I've dealt with their every time has been great.

Great customer service and get the job done right

Technicians are always friendly and respectful. Wait time can sometimes take awhile, but not unacceptable. There is a nice waiting area with coffee & water provided for the customers.

I took my son's car to get the oil changed, this location was the best I've ever been too. Everyone was just pleasant and seemed to enjoy being there, it was just a nice experience, thank you!

I needed help a few months ago and Auto Zone suggested I go there. My brake lights would not turn off. It took 2 minutes for a manager to fix it! I was in shock! But then he said Ma’am you don’t owe me anything! Wow! I’m so thankful to have found these guys!

Very convenient but you will pay a premium for the convenience as compared to private shops for pil changes.

Had an oil leak and this was the closest place at the time for me to go get it fixed… Colby went above and beyond to help me get it fixed and was so easy to work with. Will 100% be coming here now to get all my oil changes!

The oil change process is quick. They do not haggle you for unnecessary services. My only issue was they did not put air in my tires even though they said that was checked and done.

Shoutout to Ernesto for being so helpful when I went by. He made everything make sense to me and made sure to lay out every detail for me. Honestly great customer service and so so helpful with everything I needed.

Be careful of extra charges like $6.99for a half quart of coolant. Besides that it's all good.

Receiving a call from my 18 year daughter being stranded at a busy intersection 2.5 hours away from me was scary. She didn’t know what to do and I didn’t know what to do. I got on Google to find a Jiffy Lube and called them up. The young man I talked to on the phone said she was closer to another Jiffy Lube in town who could get to her quicker and he’d contact them to get a mechanic there to help her out. They didn’t waste time and got to her in record time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Anyone needing a Jiffy Lube in the College Station/Bryan area, call up these guys. Either one. The one in College Station coordinated with the closer store to get a mechanic out there. They didn’t even have to do that since they weren’t doing the job. The Bryan store did the work. The College Station store was just that nice and helpful! Wish I could remember the young man’s name I spoke with and got the ball rolling in College Station. Thanks again! ??

Best oil change service in college station/bryan area. The guys here go above and beyond. I will be taking all my vehicles here from now on. I know the job will be done right and it will exceed expectations.

Replaced my battery for a good price in only 10 min

Came in to get my headlights changed because I had one out. Tech (didn't get his name) just secured the connection and the light came on, and sent me on my way.

All were in tune to the process and it seemed very systematic and organized with very courteous service.

They did an amazing job fixing my brakes and shocks and they stay past their shift to help me fix it. I'm very thankful they always go above and beyond to help their customers.They are also very honest and tell you what exactly what you car needs
