Went for an emissions test and they tried to upsell me on several things. They said my back brakes were needing changed and I just had them done recently so I know they were just trying to get extra money. Also they wanted to polish my headlights for like $60. Of course, I said no. Just be careful when you're going for one thing, they will try to upsell you.

Quick and easy inspection process, the lounge is nice and cool to wait in from the hot sun.

This was my first visit to this Jiffy Lube location, and I was very impressed. The team of five young men worked exceptionally well together, communicating clearly and efficiently throughout the entire process. Their teamwork and professionalism were evident, and they completed my emissions inspection and oil change quickly. It was a smooth, hassle-free experience, and I'll definitely return for future service.

I went to the Valvoline location on the South Loop in Conroe, TX and it was such a fantastic experience! I went for a state inspection and was greeted by a gentlemen with blonde hair and a blonde beard who was so friendly and warm (I apologize I didn’t get his name). Justin performed my state inspection and was absolutely so kind and so friendly. I appreciate these gentlemen bc I have anxiety with anything related to car care lol! I was there on Friday afternoon 5/15 at about 5:15p and Justin was so great. The gentlemen next to him in the middle bay that I spoke of at the beginning of this review was also so warm and welcoming. I appreciate these guys and this location and will tell everybody about the great service of this location.

Went my normal place, no longer had a inspection tech on site. Used Jiffy Lube some years back. I got there just before they closed at 6 pm, staff did not hesitate to inspect my vehicle. Great staff, quick and efficient.

Ive been here various times and always get great customer service and they always make sure to try and find a deal for you. Not over priced at all either. This is my favorite location! Recommend their service anytime!

My overdue oil change went smoothly. They were very helpful, and informative!! :-) found my new place.

Their recommendations were accurate and clearly explained, and the team completed the necessary services—including engine coolant replacement, engine air filter, and plate light—without any pressure. They also provided a generous discount, which I truly appreciated. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. They’ve earned my trust and my business moving forward.

I went and got my inspection done here and the staff was phenomenal. My usual oil change place stopped doing inspections, so after this visit, I'll be getting that done here as well!!!
