I was so pleased with the customer service. I went in for an oil change, and while I was waiting they fixed my blinker, wind shield wipes, filled my quiet fluid, as well as informed me that my brakes needed changed. They offered to check and change my transmission fluid ( I wish I would have allowed then to do so)(

In and out quickly. Ryan( the manager) has plenty of workers! I will go here next time,too!

Inspection

In and out for an oil change . That was the plan. Very professional and they didn’t forget to put my oil cap back on like Chevy dealership in Cleveland Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I appreciate the honesty.

Visited this Jiffy Lube on 2/12 and leaving a review on 2/12 because these guys worked so hard on my vehicle today. One, ethics go a long way in my books. And whom I believe to be the manager on duty, was extremely professional and ethical - he was my main point of contact. Secondly, they worked hours on my vehicle and never slowed their pace. I had many things being done to my vehicle and the crew on staff were absolute Rockstars! I am truly impressed by their professionalism, ethics, and drive for their customers. Thank-you again, we will be back!

The service as excellent

Everything was fine. My only complaint was that I waited for almost an hour. I think if they know the wait will be more than the 10 mins for an oil change they should tell you. I would have gone somewhere else.
