I went to the Valvoline location on the South Loop in Conroe, TX and it was such a fantastic experience! I went for a state inspection and was greeted by a gentlemen with blonde hair and a blonde beard who was so friendly and warm (I apologize I didn’t get his name). Justin performed my state inspection and was absolutely so kind and so friendly. I appreciate these gentlemen bc I have anxiety with anything related to car care lol! I was there on Friday afternoon 5/15 at about 5:15p and Justin was so great. The gentlemen next to him in the middle bay that I spoke of at the beginning of this review was also so warm and welcoming. I appreciate these guys and this location and will tell everybody about the great service of this location.

Went my normal place, no longer had a inspection tech on site. Used Jiffy Lube some years back. I got there just before they closed at 6 pm, staff did not hesitate to inspect my vehicle. Great staff, quick and efficient.

The crew was friendly, fast and professional. They even went to lengths to get discounts for the work needing to be done.

All was good, but they checked the air filter and didn't put the top on or secure the clamp

Ive been here various times and always get great customer service and they always make sure to try and find a deal for you. Not over priced at all either. This is my favorite location! Recommend their service anytime!

My overdue oil change went smoothly. They were very helpful, and informative!! :-) found my new place.

I recently visited Jiffy Lube for an inspection, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Their recommendations were accurate and clearly explained, and the team completed the necessary services—including engine coolant replacement, engine air filter, and plate light—without any pressure. They also provided a generous discount, which I truly appreciated. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. They’ve earned my trust and my business moving forward.

I went and got my inspection done here and the staff was phenomenal. My usual oil change place stopped doing inspections, so after this visit, I'll be getting that done here as well!!!

I was so pleased with the customer service. I went in for an oil change, and while I was waiting they fixed my blinker, wind shield wipes, filled my quiet fluid, as well as informed me that my brakes needed changed. They offered to check and change my transmission fluid ( I wish I would have allowed then to do so)(

In and out quickly. Ryan( the manager) has plenty of workers! I will go here next time,too!

Inspection

In and out for an oil change . That was the plan. Very professional and they didn’t forget to put my oil cap back on like Chevy dealership in Cleveland Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I appreciate the honesty.

Great experience when changing my oil change and engine filter. They walk you thru entire process. If your a military veteran like me they do discounts.

Dillion greeted me when I first drove up and was very helpful during the process of my issue with rear differential leak…Upon his recommendation we decided to change the fluid…I am a 100% satisfied.

There was no wait to turn our truck over. The inspection was quick and easy. Friendly staff
