Awesome professionalism and friendly. They always recommend what needs to be replaced and if it’s not quite ready to be replaced, they’ll let you know that as well very honest and I’ve been coming here for years.

The lady who talked to me at the register was very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous.

I went there. Dad used them, walmart has lost my business, l got inspec , lube job, & oil change, employees very nice & knowledgeable. Gave me info l needed. They reset my oil life to, nobody does that!!! And reasonably priced, they are my go to & l will let EVERYONE l know where to go. Thanks bunches, be safe

Sean the manager met me at my car with his tablet. Offered a 30% off online coupon, which I greatly appreciated. They drove my vehicle into the garage. The workers were ready to service my vehicle and jumped into service. The next gentleman asked if he could get some information and held the door while I walked to the computer area. He offered other services which I declined, but was glad to find out what other services are available. Sean was professional and communicative both with me the customer and his employees. He seemed like a captain running a ship. Competent in control, and appreciative of the business. He asked if I would give this review and gave an additional coupon. Things I experienced at Jiffy Lube today (and like to see) are: Professionalism. Courtesy. Politeness. Informative Communication between employees and to the customer. Employees distinguished by being neat and wearing uniforms. Fair pricing. Things I don't like to see/experience: Poor service. Disorganized personel. (This I experienced at Take 5 just down the road. I left and drove to Jiffy Lube. Glad I did.) Also I don't appreciate cursing which I heard at the Take 5 on North 336. Avoid.

Sean and the crew did a great job. They performed the emissions testing quickly but still showed me services that were needed other than emissions

This was our BEST expetience yet. Dave met us at our cars as we pulled up, just as the store was opening. He was very friendly, asked if we had any coupons, and then saw that my husband is a Vietnam veteran and suggested that there might be a better discount for him that way. The employees were all very efficient and friendly at the same time. We have been coming here since we moved to the state and will continue to come back if all of our experiences are as nice as this one. Excellent job guys!

These guys are usually very quick and thorough. Prices are good but the extras will really raise the price a bit. Sometimes you really need them. Sometimes its borderline bit they can adjust the prices if you're one the no side. Still go here for all my oil changes.

Very organized and looking to get the task done. Clean as well. If they didn’t know the price of a transmission drain they found out and told me. Amazed they torqued and retorted lug nuts when rotating tires. Will be back.

Quick and friendly service... Did inspections for both my cars quickly on a busy Saturday... Plenty of trained and friendly professionals on staff working today too! Even had a coupon to help with cost of filter I needed and let me know condition of my battery and to plan ahead for replacement

Excelente atención y servicio

I was only there to get my inspection done for my registration when they noticed my headlights being a bit hazy. I told them I was needing to get it done cause the lights weren't as strong at night, they said they had a special going on and I said ok. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw how shiny and clean they were. Tiana did a great job getting them nice and clean they looked brand new.

Kiancee was fantastic!! Loved her energy and she was very kind to me. Would be back and recommend you ask for this young lady to get you started. Very helpful and informative!
