Starting coming here with my last car and they are absolutely amazing every time even when I come flying in right before they close lol absolutely love this place

Everyone is so kind and helpful. I always come here for maintenance

Super friendly, very time efficient! I was able to get my inspection and oil change in able less than an hr.

First time I have visited this Jiffy Lube. I just needed a State Inspection. A young man came out as soon as I arrived, was very friendly, made me comfortable in the waiting room and provided very quick and efficient service. The young lady at the desk called me when my pickup was ready. I had 2-3 questions about how the inspection was handled and inputted into the computer so I could renew my registration sticker online. She quickly answered my questions, was very helpful and very courteous & appreciative of my business. I definitely recommend this business to others and I will return in the future. Everyone that was working today was completely amazing every single person! This business has their act together. I will definitely be going there for my oil change and then some Other things that I need to get done to my car from the manager to the person who greeted me, their actions were stellar! I went for an oil change. It took him a little bit longer because they were shortstaffed, but they still blew it out of the water.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. The employees were very polite, attentive, and clearly cared about my vehicle’s safety. They took the time to explain things and made sure everything was done right, which I really appreciated. Manager Sean especially stood out—he’s a great guy who made the whole experience smooth and professional. It’s nice to find a place where you feel like your car is genuinely being taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location to others.

Every time I go to this location it’s quick and fast and the guys are always so nice.

Nothing can ever take "15 minutes" as described, but for a place you dont need an appointment, its fast and efficient. I felt like my vehicle was in good hands. I am currently on an interstate roadtrip and they made me drive away feeling like my vehicle was Road Ready.

Awesome professionalism and friendly. They always recommend what needs to be replaced and if it’s not quite ready to be replaced, they’ll let you know that as well very honest and I’ve been coming here for years.

The lady who talked to me at the register was very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous.

I went there. Dad used them, walmart has lost my business, l got inspec , lube job, & oil change, employees very nice & knowledgeable. Gave me info l needed. They reset my oil life to, nobody does that!!! And reasonably priced, they are my go to & l will let EVERYONE l know where to go. Thanks bunches, be safe

Had to get new tires all the way around. I was in and out in just a little over an hour.

Sean the manager met me at my car with his tablet. Offered a 30% off online coupon, which I greatly appreciated. They drove my vehicle into the garage. The workers were ready to service my vehicle and jumped into service. The next gentleman asked if he could get some information and held the door while I walked to the computer area. He offered other services which I declined, but was glad to find out what other services are available. Sean was professional and communicative both with me the customer and his employees. He seemed like a captain running a ship. Competent in control, and appreciative of the business. He asked if I would give this review and gave an additional coupon. Things I experienced at Jiffy Lube today (and like to see) are: Professionalism. Courtesy. Politeness. Informative Communication between employees and to the customer. Employees distinguished by being neat and wearing uniforms. Fair pricing. Things I don't like to see/experience: Poor service. Disorganized personel. (This I experienced at Take 5 just down the road. I left and drove to Jiffy Lube. Glad I did.) Also I don't appreciate cursing which I heard at the Take 5 on North 336. Avoid.

Sean and the crew did a great job. They performed the emissions testing quickly but still showed me services that were needed other than emissions
