The Jiffy Lube crew on Airline Rd is the best! They are so coordinated and streamlined that you are in and out! Timing is everything when you have grandkids in the car. So I was very HAPPY!

Amazing customer service. Hands down, best oil change/tune up/general servicing at this type of establishment I have ever had. Great people, great techs, >5 stars. Excellent, won't be going anywhere else. Please note on the time of 1 - 2 hr, is because I added extra services. Standard oil change/air filter changes like 30 - 60 min.

I was helped today by a wonderful gentleman named Israel, I believe, and he was absolutely great! He took the time to explain everything to me, answered all of my questions, and gave me a quote for my battery without making me feel pressured or rushed. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole process. I really appreciated the customer service and would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The first time I stopped here for an oil change, I noticed several young women working alongside the rest of the team. They changed the oil, checked the fluids, tires, and air filter, and handled their work with confidence. I mentioned to the manager how impressed I was, and the young women and men made sure I felt safe as I continued my road trip to Savannah, Georgia. The customer service was amazing—the whole team was professional and kind.

Service attendants and managers were very helpful and thorough. Explained the importance of maintenance on my vehicle. Replaced filters, rotated the tires, oil change, brake fluid changes and the wait time was minimal. Superb service!

Staff was courteous and professional. I was in and out as advertised and couldn’t be happier with the service.

The experience was awesome as always. Quick and efficient. I’m and out service with a great attitude. We drive about 30 plus minutes to this particular location to get our fleet service for a reason. Diego was relatively new to this location but his attitude and professionalism was great

I believe that the prohibition against tipping service persons is unconstitutional and anarcharistic. Tips are no longer taxed. Showing appreciation for jobs well done is as American as apple pie. Too many young people today are disillusioned enough. Rewarding excellence, such as experienced with your service providers, is an uncompromising patriotic duty. Change the policy for the betterment of the USA.

10/10 service I stopped by because I could hear a cat crying and was terrified that it could be stuck or hurt somewhere under my car. Turns out it was a small kitty and everyone was so helpful, they were able to get it out and the kitty was okay.

Octavia was beautiful, brilliant, and informative. Ray was personable, and easy going. Will definitely be back!

This is a great place to go for your oil change. They are very professional and quick.

Lydia, Bailee and Adrian helped take care of my Ford F150 today and did a wonderful job. I got a basic oil change, both ac and cabin filters changed, my rear differential fluid replaced, tires aired up, and fluids topped off. I was in and out so fast and was talked about prices every step of the way. Highly recommend the Jiffy Lube on Airline!
