I don't normally leave reviews, but I look at reviews when looking for a new place so I feel it's only right to share my experience to help others. I went to this location yesterday (9/22/2026) for an oil change. I was apprehensive because I hate getting upsold on services and products and hate feeling pressured into accepting things I didn't come in for. I pulled in and was nicely greeted and checked in. I believe his name was Israel. Israel checked me in, told me about their services, and updated my information. Once I picked a service, he then asked if I had any coupons, which shocked me. Additionally, the technicians immediately started on my oil change. They pulled off my air filter, which is where I thought the sales pressure was going to begin. To my surprise, they said it looked great and I didn't need a new one and they reinstalled it! They also let me know what other services my car was due for based off manufacturer recommendations for the mileage, but didn't pressure me into anything. Israel applied my coupon upon checking out. I was thoroughly impressed with their courtesy, professionalism, and efficiency. I'm happy about my service and I thought I'd share it with y'all.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I have to say this place was great! The customer service was 100%. The employees were very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me about what my car needed. I never felt pressured to purchase anything, which is one of the main reasons I usually don’t like getting oil changes and make my husband do it instead! Everyone was honest, friendly, and quick, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. I will definitely be returning and will be making the Saratoga location my go-to place for my car services. Thank you for the great service! Visited September 21st at approximately 9:00 AM.

We have a fleet service vehicle and they handled everything from payment authorization to service approvals. Will be my go to service center for everything except collision repair.

First of all I rarely like getting my oil changed other than the dealership but Jiffy Lube is near by my apartment so it was really convenient. Very friendly staff and I didn’t have to wait long hours. Five stars
