This location of Jiffy Lube is always great! Very thorough and nice!!

Came in for an inspection, was able to stay in my car and was gone in 10 minutes. Tech was very prompt, efficient and polite. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

The workers at this Jiffy Lube were very professional and courteous. Thy did not try to up charge me. I will recommend this location to others. Thank you for the good service.

Thank you to the Jiffy Lube on Louetta Road in Cypress. This has been my go-to spot for oil and filter changes for years now. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The guys go above and beyond to be friendly and make me feel comfortable and in fact, this is a major factor as to why I am a repeat customer. Good people and they take care of you. Thank you all!

From the moment I arrived, customer care was at the forefront; it was a rainy morning, he walked me to and from my car holding an umbrella. As for my vehicle, he kept me informed of my options and cost for repair and recommended what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. I am very pleased and impressed by the level of professionalism, honesty and customer service. Will return for future services.

Stopped in to have my radiator flushed. Got right in, the tech explained the process and the cost. The entire process took 15 minutes. Both gentlemen that serviced my car were polite, responsive, no surprises. Definitely a good experience.
