Great service. Very fast, personnel were excellent and really polite. I must mention, it was 100 degrees today, and these guys don’t even have a fan in the shop? C’mon Jiffy Lube—-you could spring for a shop fan, surely.

The employees at this location at Grant and Louetta are very organized and efficient. They are polite and helpful. I've been going there for oil changes and inspections for many years and been satisfied with their work.

These customer service representatives work so hard and in the heat! I have always had wonderful service here. I really like this location. I had a lot of things done all at the same time for this latest service such as an oil change, transmission flush, 2 air filters changed out & replaced, all 4 tires rotated, fluid levels checked, and a battery cleaned off & sealed. They had all of it done in about an hour. I have never been somewhere that did that much and got me back out so quick. Plus, I had a state inspection done as well. They honored all the email/digital coupons I brought with me and gave me a great price beyond that for everything I also added on to the oil change. I always take my Mom’s car here too. They always change her inspection sticker & clean her windshield off before reattaching the new registration sticker when we bring it back over after getting the new sticker at Kroger’s. Everyone has always been polite, speedy, thorough, kind, generous, and hard working! I really appreciated how Justice took care of me and answered all my questions I had about different services and was able to warranty it as well. Great team here!

From the moment I arrived, customer care was at the forefront; it was a rainy morning, he walked me to and from my car holding an umbrella. As for my vehicle, he kept me informed of my options and cost for repair and recommended what needed to be done immediately and what could wait.
