Everyone that works here is professional, great costumer service and knowledgeable. This has been my go to place for a year now. Plus the bays and waiting area is clean. And a bonus the wait times are not very long at all.

On 02/28/26, I went to this location for an oil change. I was immediately greeted by Kayle G., who was professional, clear, and concise from the beginning. She did not pressure me to purchase additional services my car did not need or products I did not want, as competitors often do. She simply provided options and allowed me to choose. I selected the oil change, which was exactly what I needed, and it only took 15 minutes to complete. I highly recommend this location. Thank you, Jiffy Lube, and thank you, Kayle!

I highly recommend jiffy lube fm 529 and fry road. I take all my vehicles here. Never had an issue. I took my 2022 Hyundai hybrid Sante fe for oil change today. After leaving the shop I had ran errands. An hour an a half later I had oil leaking from my suv. So I took it back up there told them what was going. They saw leak. I don’t know the woman’s name or the managers name . But they were all incredible. Fixed the problem. I was on my way I highly recommend them. The staff is awsome polite and extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Outstanding customer service ! Great team ! This is the second time we have come to this location . Took both of our vehicles here and they are very efficient, friendly and did a Great Job! I am unsure of the names but super nice and professional young lady helped us . Like I said they have a great team here. They are super efficient and the wait is not long at all. After a little bit of a wait, we got in to the bay for an emissions test. The one lady was running around like a cat in a room full of rocking chairs... but we got taken care of professionally and quickly. Will use again.

They had to order my filter and I was still in and out super quick! Found my new place to go for an oil change!! Everyone was so nice!!!!

Awesome customer service!! Brought my daughter to get her car emissions test for the first time and it was an exceptionally experience for us both. Kayle (maybe I botched her name lol but it starts with a K made sure the price was great! The gentleman that took the car in i did not get his name but for it being my daughters first time there and in general doing this service he was extremely polite and courteous. I'll be coming next month for my vehicles emissions test aswell, extremely HAPPY.
