Very nice customer service! We were waiting in 103 degrees and they were having a hard time with my air filter. We were offered cold water while we waited. Technicians were very professional.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Jiffy Lube #4118! We pulled in for a vehicle inspection and were immediately greeted by Fred, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in good hands. Brian then took over and completely squared us away. His customer service was exceptional—professional, personable, and genuinely friendly. He even took the time to comment on how clean we keep our vehicle, which was such a nice personal touch. Once everything was complete, Brian wished us well and let us know about their discounted oil change and tire rotation. I especially appreciated that he mentioned the services without ever being pushy or making us feel pressured. And the icing on the cake? Brian actually walked around and opened my car door for me before we left. Such a gentleman! That kind of courtesy and customer care is rare these days and absolutely deserves recognition. Brian and Fred are wonderful representatives of Jiffy Lube #4118. If you’re looking for friendly, professional, honest service and people who truly know how to take care of their customers, this is the place to go. Highly recommend—5+ stars! A must for all things vehicle-related!

Very professional and job done quickly!

Gio helped us with our car today and was able to get us in and out really quickly! He went over what needed to be done, what was the most important order for the repairs that I needed to take care of and was very clear with pricing. I felt very comfortable getting my car serviced here and didn’t feel pressured in anyway which I really appreciated!

I love getting my oil changed here. I got to deal with junior and a guy named gio both of them were super professional and offered me water. It was hot outside. I think from the time I pulled up till the time I was out.The door was maybe fifteen minutes. Very fast and good team there
