The manager was very friendly. He explained the differences in synthetic oils. I had never heard anyone explain synthetic oil like that. He was very knowledgeable. I didn't get his name, but he was on duty at 3:30 pm on 5/10/26. I also forgot my ear buds on the counter. He came outside to make sure I didn't leave them behind. I will be going back for sure. Great service today. From check in to check out, Jesus provided very professional and thorough service. It was quick and the waiting area was very comfortable and clean while I waited.

Jacob was super knowledgeable and has great customer service. He made sure my vehicle is safe to drive back to California.

Fast professional service , you've gained a new customer ??

It’s great having gotten my A/C compressor swapped by jiffy lube considering how hot it has been getting in El Paso, and the A/C was blowing the same temperature as the exterior temperature which was in some occasions 80 degrees Fahrenheit.

Really awesome customer service and speedy service! Employees were very informative. Recommended for speedy oil changes and filter replacements.

The general manager and his team are top notch. We had a situation with my fleet account but they handled it with patience and resolve leading to a successful service and transaction. In just a few days Ive come twice. Different vehicles of course. Customer service here is hands down the best I’ve experienced, and being in a travel heavy company, I’ve been to many vehicle service facilities. I trust my personal vehicle when it’s time, would be met with the same care. Highly recommend.
