Customer Service was on point. One tech greeted me as I pulled in, he escorted me to the lobby and held the door open for me. Another tech communicated what extra services my car needed, waiting for authorization to proceed. From beginning to end it was a great experience.

This Jiffy Lube here on North Loop offers excellent service. I came here to get my inspection done after recieving great service a few weeks before to get my oil changed. The manager was very attendant and nice to someone like me who knows nothing about cars, haha. Great prices for fast service, too! 10/10 experience, would come here again!
