Very Professional as always

Patrick was great. And Ethan was super helpful. Hard workers. Deserve raises.

The staff here at Jiffy Lube is nothing more than amazing!! Always a smile on their faces, always greets you with a warm welcome, and gets the job done in a lovely manner.

Great service

Patrick and his team did a great job on my oil change. They even went above and beyond when my battery died on the ramp. Thank you guys!

Patrick gave me excellent service I was in and out in less than 30 mins. Fastest and easiest oil change and service I’ve ever had. This will be my goto oil change place from now on,, the last branch broke one of the fastening clips for my in-cabin air filter.

Patrick was very helpful and super friendly. Good jobguys

Come here every month for a Fleet truck oil change, new air boxes, etc. They always get me in and out very quickly. Patrick is very kind.

Patrick, Jonathan, Cody, and Ethan did a great job today!

Straight to the point, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t ask for. Little bit of a wait but they were super busy.

Johnathan was very knowledgeable and courteous.

Jonathan went above and beyond for me. I had a flat tire and pulled in. Without a second thought he was quick to help me. I was in and out in just a few minutes. I will be back for further service at this location.

Gerardo was great! Definitely will be back.

By far most pleasant experience at a Jiffy Lube to date. Staff are very quick to offer their services. Johnathan has excellent customer service, very understanding, and it was a pleasure speaking to everyone there. Complimentary waters were a plus with the heat. Store was clean and I am very appreciative of their hard work with the weather lately. Thank you Jiffy Lube Basswood for getting me on the road again!

Great and fast service. Johnathan was very helpful.

Johnathan was great and they were quick and helped me out with everything

This was the first time I’ve ever had an inspection performed while I’m still in the driver’s seat. 100%. Checked my insurance card, checked the info inside the door, recorded my mileage, looked in my fuel refill compartment and a few minutes later I paid and was on my way. Super fast. Super easy.

All the guys are nice there!

First off, it did not take long from the time I rolled in until the time the Oil Change was complete with full explanation of the needs found & the recommendations from the staff on duty! They were friendly, kind & informative throughout the process!
