Such a great experience with this Jiffy Lube business. I went in for a vehicle inspection. The auto technician who assisted me, Aaron B., mentioned the noise I’d been hearing in my a/c, and said some paper had become trapped in the fan. He asked if I was okay with his removing it so it would not damage the fan motor. Aaron proceeded to clear out the fan as well as complete the inspection. He was courteous, professional and amazingly human, in this age of corporate indifference. I urge JL management to recognize this extraordinary employee for the excellent service he provided as your representative.

Heavy travel required an oil change and tire rotation. This Jiffy Lube location was so busy BUT did an excellent job in a most timely way with super nice people.

Came in for a state inspection and had a great experience. The team was friendly, professional, and got everything done quickly. The process was smooth from start to finish, and they had me back on the road in no time. It’s always nice to find a place that’s efficient and treats customers well. I’ll definitely be back the next time I need service.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube on Camp Bowie. Three team members assisted me and provided exceptional service from start to finish. They took the time to clearly explain the difference between synthetic blend and full synthetic oil for my Honda, which I really appreciated. They were also very informative when recommending additional services such as a brake fluid exchange, cabin air filter replacement, and engine air filter replacement, and they explained the reasons these services are important for my vehicle’s performance and longevity. The teamwork was excellent, and everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I felt well-informed and confident about the maintenance decisions for my car. I truly appreciate the great customer service and care I received. Thank you ??

As well as the whole team around him. I came here for a simple state inspection months ago and came back cause of how smooth, comfortable, and painless that service was. Quick and painless oil change! Nice waiting room with bathroom and waters provided as well.
