Went in for an oil change expecting to drop it off, and they told me it would be done in 10-15. Waited about 10 min and left in truck. Would recommend, quick and easy service.

The took me right away and were done in less time than expected. I had the service done on my headlights, which were cloudy and made it difficult to see the road at night. WOW! What a difference! I did not even know this service was available, until one of their Techs asked me if I was interested. This is a Great Team in Friendswood!

This jiffy is honestly the best one I’ve been to so far the manager and staff bro they got it locked . They be offering me coupons and taking off high prices and I for someone who tries to keep up with my car on a monthly basis Jiffy has me covered so I appreciate those guys up there ????

Brandy was super nice! 4 stars because they did not reset the Maintenance light (car was running, light flashes when you first start the car) and I didn't notice until late Sunday (when they are already closed). So now I have to figure out how to do it myself since I'm out of town now and can't take it back to them. The paperwork shows they did this, so now I question if they really did all of the other things that the paperwork says they did. How do I know if they really replaced the oil filter? I'm saying the price I paid is reasonable, but only because I had a coupon. The cost of an oil change is ridiculous now compared to what they used to cost.

???????????????????? (is how many stars I wish I could give!) I had a great experience at the Jiffy Lube in Friendswood! Zavier was wonderful and amazingly helpful throughout my visit. Roshon let me know everything that was going on under the vehicle, which I really appreciated. I had a few questions about my transmission and some other things, and Shawn was very helpful in explaining everything clearly. The parking lot greeter, Christopher, was very friendly and welcoming right from the start! Joey was working on another vehicle in the far bay, and I asked him a few questions about what he was doing — he sounded very knowledgeable and professional. Clark also took the time to chat with me for a while and was super friendly. The store manager, Brandy, has quite the team! Everyone was on the straight and narrow, very professional, and clearly takes pride in their work. I’ll absolutely be returning to this location!

Had oil change, break fluid flush and coolant flush. They were very timely and also inspected a concern I was worried about and gave good advise on it. Recommend it for quick services!
