I had a great experience today! Samantha was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. She made the entire oil change process quick, easy, and stress-free. It’s refreshing to receive such outstanding customer service. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure everything was taken care of. Samantha’s attention to detail and positive attitude truly stood out. I’ll definitely be back for future service and highly recommend this location! ??

The gentleman who checked me out was extremely personable and he was very kind to the elderly gentleman ahead of me. He gave both of us his undivided attention and made sure he got is signed up for future coupon savings via email. My experience at this facility was one of the best oil change experiences I've ever had. They were also very fast.

They usually almost always have a coupon and whatever coupons are at offered nationally. They always accept them at this one. Some of the others don’t always do that. There are certain things that they will always tell you like what’s coming up. They’re honest and they’re consistent.

This is my favorite Jiffy Lube. They are professional they are positive. They are consistent. The other part is they don’t try to Overcharge you, they don’t try to do stuff that they don’t know how to do

Recently took both of my vehicles to the Jiffy Lube located on Campbell and Shiloh Roads. Each visit was the same - each vehicle was taken immediately to the bay. The inspection took at most 20 minutes, and I was in and out. The staff was friendly, efficient and professional.

These guys at this location are awesome had another company change my oil two weeks ago and didnt replace the plug so I had a major oil leak took it to this location and they took care of me and replace the plug and my truck drive great now thank you guy!!!!!!
