I had such a great experience with Chris. He was incredibly helpful, considerate, and honest about what my car actually needed. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of, which means a lot when dealing with car issues. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole experience feel stress free. Recently took both of my vehicles to the Jiffy Lube located on Campbell and Shiloh Roads. Each visit was the same - each vehicle was taken immediately to the bay. The inspection took at most 20 minutes, and I was in and out. The staff was friendly, efficient and professional.

These guys at this location are awesome had another company change my oil two weeks ago and didnt replace the plug so I had a major oil leak took it to this location and they took care of me and replace the plug and my truck drive great now thank you guy!!!!!!
