Eric was a fantastic help. My battery died while my wife was at her Dr appt. And he helped me find the battery I needed and helped me change it in the parking lot.

Eric was super sweet and timely with getting me in and out. Is super knowledgeable of the company car program Wheels and knowing what to do. Definitely recommend coming to the Jiffy Lube off of Williams Dr!!!!!!!

Pretty much in and out for a vehicle inspection. The young guys were very nice and competent. They even gave me BBQ recommendations!

The employees here are polite and service is quick. Won't try to up sale you on products. Mgr Eric is professional as are the employees. Their Mechanic Thomas is one of a kind and is hard to find in today's world of repair shops. He has the old school personality with the right skills to get the job done. Would highly recommend this location.

Steven and Craig are the cream of the crop. I have been going there for oil changes for years. Recently I went in for some mechanical work and they were awesome. No hidden fees, explained things so I understood, and followed up after I left to make sure I didn't need anything else. The customer service and genuine care has been great, especially since Steven has become the Manager at this location. Recommend 10/10!

I’ve been getting my oil changed here for a few years. They are always really quick and friendly. Under 30 minutes. One time they didn’t clean the drip pan, and I went back and the cleaned it for me. I’ve recently gotten my front and back breaks done and they are really great. Under new management, and Steven is a real nice guy!

Linda and Jeff were great and very attentive. They get people in and out real fast. There was another gentleman who helped me as well. I will be back.
