Steven and the crew went above and beyond. My drain plug was stripped and they managed to extract it without issue and got me back on the road in no time. Excellent service, will come back.

Steven and Craig are the cream of the crop. I have been going there for oil changes for years. Recently I went in for some mechanical work and they were awesome. No hidden fees, explained things so I understood, and followed up after I left to make sure I didn't need anything else. The customer service and genuine care has been great, especially since Steven has become the Manager at this location. Recommend 10/10!

I’ve been getting my oil changed here for a few years. They are always really quick and friendly. Under 30 minutes. One time they didn’t clean the drip pan, and I went back and the cleaned it for me. I’ve recently gotten my front and back breaks done and they are really great. Under new management, and Steven is a real nice guy!

Linda and Jeff were great and very attentive. They get people in and out real fast. There was another gentleman who helped me as well. I will be back.

Above and Beyond Doesn’t Even Cover It! Jeff and Logan at Jiffy Lube in Georgetown are absolute legends. I brought in my VW diesel Golf expecting a routine service… and instead got one of the most impressive customer experiences I’ve had in a long time. They discovered that my air filters hadn’t been changed in YEARS. Instead of just pointing it out and sending me elsewhere, they took ownership of the problem immediately. They special-ordered exactly what my diesel needed in real time and literally went to pick it up so the job could be done right that same day. No shortcuts. No upsell pressure. Just genuine care for doing the work correctly. On top of that? They were fantastic to talk with — knowledgeable, transparent, and just genuinely good humans. Clear communication, professional, and kind. Five stars isn’t enough. ????????
