Great service although it was a rather long wait to get serviced eventhough there was just one car in the bay ahead of me.

Omg the customer service is amazing. They are not pushy at all but explain services and other options that are available besides the normal oil change. Ive honestly never been treated so kindly at an oil change place before. They will Def have my business from here on out

Been coming here for years, always received fair service. Got my oil change today and noticed exceptional service. Major overhaul of practices, good job guys and girls.

My experience couldn't have gone any better than it did! This crew is a well oiled machine and goes above and beyond anywhere else I've been!!! They were open, honest, polite and extremely friendly! 5 stars doesn't cut the quality of service I received but since I can't go any higher, I would just say I give them a 10 out of 10 recommendation and a big thank you from me!

I went to Jiffy Lube in Granbury and had a great experience! The employees were super helpful. I had a check engine light on and they were able to scan it and let me know the code. Will definitely be back!

Staff was pleasant, professional, attended to my needs, Followed manufacturers warranty suggestions. Did not try to overcharge or get me to do unnecessary work. Knowledgeable, followed up with me and made sure I understood everything
