The service was fast and great customer service

I've been to plenty of quick lube places over the years, and what sets this Jiffy Lube apart is the staff — specifically James. From the moment I pulled in, he was attentive and professional without being pushy. He walked me through what my vehicle actually needed, gave me honest recommendations, and didn't try to upsell me on anything that wasn't necessary. That kind of integrity is rare and genuinely appreciated. James took the time to explain things clearly, answer my questions, and make sure I left feeling informed rather than pressured. It's refreshing to deal with someone who treats customers with respect and actually knows their stuff. Highly recommend this location — and if James is working, you're in great hands. I'll definitely be back.

The service I receive here is always top tier. I went in for an oil change. On today’s visit, one of the mechanics noticed my condenser fan was not plugged in when he was inspecting my air filter. They got it plugged back in and asked if I had any work done recently, which I did. My AC is back to working like it should. They are always thorough and their customer service is amazing.

I showed up at 730am, Micheal and Reagan opened up early to take of my oil change. Customer service was top notch and extremely professional. They even gave me a military discount and a great place to buy tires. I will absolutely be back when the time comes and recommend to all to give them a try.

Reagan was an absolute professional. He informed me of All parts needing replacement and even look up competitive prices to show me I was getting an absolute good deal in this age of inflation. He also identified items that needed repair and under warranty with the dealership for my vehicle. I’ll always bring my vehicles to this location to get the top-notch service Reagan always provides. Went in today for an oil change service was fast and overall amazing. Charles was so helpful and gave us ALOT of good information. The entire staff was super friendly I will recommend to everyone I know. Definitely coming back in the future for any car maintenance!
