Professional service

Kihi, I believe was his name was awesome. I was having a bad week and my tire got low on a previous plug. Well this guy went over and beyond. Took me in his personal vehicle 2 times. And made the impossible reality. He told me he was going to get me I n the road and he did. The key to my lug nut was never put back. So he had to break it off and he did after several attempt. Then he put a spare. After all this he hands out his hand and said "hope your day gets better". You made it better bud! Didn't charge me a dam thing. THANK YOU! That whole team was friendly and worked like an oiled machine. Highly recommend! Services ??

Had to get a lot of work done on my Mercedes in a short time. All fluids exchanged, new rotors, new brakes, $300 less than they quoted me too. Had something come up so I needed the vehicle back sooner than thought. They still go it done almost an hour early too and came to pick me up at home to make the process easier. Thank you Vincent and Omar! Will be coming back.

Vince and Kihri are phenomenal! I usually go to the Jiffy Lube on Kenworthy, but happened to be in horizon when I realized I was due for a change. One thing I can say about Jiffy Lube that customer service is exceptional and does not waiver from shortest store. Thank you for the Family change and it’s good to know I have another location I can go to and trust.
