The manager at this facility took care of me as soon as I arrived. I got an inspection a new cabin and air filter replacement. I was in a bit of a hurry and was pleased with the quick service.

I am a long time Jiffy Lube customer, just moved to the area and was looking for a store with good reviews. The whole experience from beginning to end was great. Great customer service and personnel very professional. They deserve those reviews and more. Calvin, the store manager, was exceptional. KUDOS TO CALVIN AND HIS TEAM. I recommend this store

Very thorough work, great teamwork and courteous staff.

Everyone here was nice and helpful! I got an oil change and a state inspection and it surprisingly only took around 15 minutes, however only one car was in front of me that was finishing up as I was pulling in. I didn’t know Jiffy Lube also does state inspection until I asked one of the employees. Great service 10/10

Excellent service. I went in to get an emissions test, there was no wait and the employees were courteous quick and professional. All the other state inspection locations had wait times of over an hour.

Employees were awesome! Referred me to a local tire shop to ensure my safety! I will be back!! Anthony was very kind and helpful!

Calvin and the crew at this location are very awesome people. All of them greeted me with a smile and showed me to the waiting room after letting them know what I needed. After inspecting my truck, Calvin noticed my back license plate light was not coming on so I was very glad we got that taken care of. Apart from my regular oil change and tire rotation, I was suggested some additional work that my truck really needed, it’s always good to stay on top of these things especially if you want your vehicle to last as long as possible, very grateful for their professionalism and expertise. Will most definitely be coming back here regularly, as the crew and Calvin treated me wonderfully.

I took my car to Jiffy Lube this morning for an oil change, and I was definitely pleased with the service I received. Asha and the team were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube to others in the area.

I had a great experience at this location.From the moment I came in I was ushered in with care by Calvin who showed me where to park and at the front desk I met a cool and professional dude Isaak who was very warm respectful and receptive,Cedrick was in the back working hard as well !this is very rare in auto places and I felt valued at this location.Big five ups to this team I highly recommend this location.Its easer to spend money in a place where people actually care about what they do and how they treat people.

I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to the manager, Calvin. He took the time to explain everything clearly, was incredibly patient with my questions, and was so incredibly nice! He really looked out for me and went above and beyond to make sure I understood what my car actually needed (and what it didn’t). On top of that, the service was fast and efficient. His team was also so friendly and welcoming, and they all did an amazing job! which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back—and will be telling my family friends to come here as well. Highly recommend!

Isaak, Anthony & CED were undeniably kind, God-fearing, helpful and knowledgeable! I came in for an inspection but they expressed that I had some minor issues with my car that needed to be addressed. They helped me understand what was needed, provided water for my wait, checked in on me through the time while working on my car to ensure that I was okay—that shows heart and character! Also, they explained that I didn’t have to do anything but to do what I can when ready—instead of feeling pressured, that built trust! Love the team! This will be the only place that I will forever bring my car needs too. God Bless Y’all!

I came in 10 minutes before closing and they were very nice and inspected my car for emissions. It was a good deal and I was out of there with little wait time.

I had some errands with my Dog and came on a whim. The staff was very nice and understanding. My oil change was done quick fast, and in a hurry, and everyone was very kind. They also showed me some other things that was due on my car that I didn’t know for the Future .10 out of 10.

I've been going to this location on Dairy Ashford just north of Westheimer for 16 years. Calvin the manager has always taken the best care of my vehicles, and the rest of the crew are always friendly and helpful. Oil change, State Inspection - you name it, these folks are the best. Highly recommend and will be back Good Lord willing.

Great service! They actually came back to me and advised a certain service wasn’t needed after further inspection. I would have had no idea, so that really speaks to their integrity. The manager and the team did an amazing job, and were fast!

Came in to ask to diagnose the check engine light issues and help refill air into tire. Everyone there was friendly and helped me out and got me going in less than 10 minutes, and free of charge for those service. Friendly staff, great service, thank you so much today!
