Great customer service!

I came in for an oil change and inspection, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was professional, and efficient. They completed everything in a timely manner without cutting corners, and I appreciated the attention to detail during the inspection. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience—I’ll definitely be returning for future service.

Started with Take-5 just down the road from Jiffy- big mistake. They weren’t even “open” and I was greeted with what smelled like Cheech and Chong’s basement. Came down to Jiffy Lube and had a completely different experience. Very professional crew.. despite my rather “hoopty” car. Very quick and thorough service. Probably my last oil change in this car but I will definitely be a regular once I buy a new car! Thanks guys!!

This was my first trip to Jiffy Lune but certainly not my last. The service was great. The tech explained what he would be doing. Though I only came in for an oil change he checked wipes blade and AC filter. He told me I take great care with my car. I explained that I always went back to the dealership for any service needed but I didn’t want to travel that far. The manager is so polite courteous and knowledgeable about cats. It was a very great experience. I will be back

I went in to get a state inspection. Though they were busy doing an oil change on another car, and said it would take about 25 minutes to get to me i was out quicker because the manager did my car while another technician finished the previous car. This is a good example of good leadership by a manager. I highly recommend this location in Copperfield.
