This was my first trip to Jiffy Lune but certainly not my last. The service was great. The tech explained what he would be doing. Though I only came in for an oil change he checked wipes blade and AC filter. He told me I take great care with my car. I explained that I always went back to the dealership for any service needed but I didn’t want to travel that far. The manager is so polite courteous and knowledgeable about cats. It was a very great experience. I will be back

Great location. I went in for a basic oil change and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The guys that worked there are phenomenal. They were knowledgeable and informative and fast. I'll definitely go back to that location.

I went in to get a state inspection. Though they were busy doing an oil change on another car, and said it would take about 25 minutes to get to me i was out quicker because the manager did my car while another technician finished the previous car. This is a good example of good leadership by a manager. I highly recommend this location in Copperfield.

Honesty and Integrity are my first thoughts. I took my 2008 vehicle that does not have many miles put on in a year so sticker said I did not need oil change however it had been over a year since last change. The tech that checked me in said I did not need oil change but I said I like to change it every year regardless. He got the manger to discuss with me, again noting by miles I did not need oil change thus trying to not sell me an oil change. I call that Honesty! They did a very efficient job changing the oil n filter at my request. Great job!!!

My experience is always a good one. The staff is knowledgeable and only try to help you not sell you on things you don’t need.
