Your staff is very attentive and kind, but you have a very busy location, and unfortunately it seems a very slow service process, even it is not. Several costumers while I was there were complaining about the lentitud. But I was very happy with your service.

The staff at Jiffy Lube oil change on Shepherd in houston tx were great. I took my 2006 toyota tundra for service and had it completed with utmost care. The clerk Nataly.T explained everything in detail to me while Milton.T the technician performed the services . I will be visiting these guys again soon.

Natalie provided amazing service, explaining where I'm at on maintenance and giving guidance on when it's necessary or a quoted cost for the service. Very helpful! Great customer service! Also, the facility was clean, the waiting area and restrooms.

Great experience at Jiffy Lube! I came in for an oil change and Dimitri was amazing. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed. The service was quick and efficient, and the whole team made the process really easy. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had getting my car serviced. I’ll be back!

Unbelievable! First time and is my new go to Professional, quick and at a very fair price. If you always felt unsure about where to take your car, you must stop by and at least watch them work and listen to how they communicate with their customers.

UPDATE: 5/23/26 - this place is still awesome! Brandon helped me out today with my oil change and inspection and thankfully told me my battery was getting down to the last bit of power. The service was quick and he gave me a heads up on the recommended services for my 4 Runner coming up soon. (Based on Carfax) I’ve been in this area about 3 years now and I will continue to come to this location for my oil change services. Previous: Cooper and his crew are quick and no BS. They literally got me in for oil change, inspection, tire rotation quickly and efficiency, I’m talking just short of an hour. They had a LINE of cars and they were cranking out the services the entire time. This is the first time here with my new car but the service was just as great with my previous car. Great location, check them out.
