I have been coming to this place for years and have always been treated with respect and a smile. All the people that work here look neat, clean and presentable. Coincidentally today, I went across the street to the new 10 minute oil to be greeted less than with a smile and feeling like I was bothering somebody. Prices are the same so there’s no reason to make a change. Lynn was absolutely a joy to talk to today.

Great atmosphere & vibes from this location, I was only there for an inspection. The crew was well groomed and professional. They didn’t offer additional services I didn’t need. There was no wait time, and I was out within 10 minutes. The manager and his crew mates were very kind, would recommend to others to come.

Always a pleasant experience at the Jiffy Lube on Memorial Drive. Shout out to Destiny especially. She is knowledgeable, professional and has outstanding customer service skills. She is definitely an exceptional Team Member and deserves a raise!

I disliked that the technician pulled my engine air filter and cabin air filter with a view to sell additional services when I came in for a state inspection. A technician once broke the glove box trying to access the cabin air filter so I would prefer if they never even looked at this or at least asked before trying. As I will NEVER pay jiffy lube to perform these services, I’d rather if they just left these items alone and got me out faster.

Mark, was awesome! Mark was very attentive, honest and professional. I pulled up for an emissions test and never had to step one foot out of my car, Mark, handled everything from doing the testing to processing my payment; he even informed me of Jiffy Lube’s awesome email promos/discounts for oil changes and other car services!
