I really like the service, but the coupons run out before I need them. It would be nice if the coupons lasted longer so I can use them when I need an oil change.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube for my oil change. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, and they had me in and out much faster than I expected. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and my car is running smoothly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable as well. I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance!

The employees don’t exactly like I expected. Although, the person guiding me into the work bay did not use the proper signals. I have no idea what you’re trying to prove with the amount you’re charging for oil changes. The price of gas is going down the price of oil is going down but yet your employees work for slightly more than minimum wage. As a past owner of a Loop center I paid my employees well enough that they didn’t have to always be looking for another job.
