Excellent and thorough

Debbie and her team took such good care of me. As a member of the trans community here in Houston I just wanted to say two locations so far without even having to state anything, Jiffy Lube used the right pronouns and my preferred name. Thank you for excellent state inspection service; will definitely be back for my oil change too and more!

Service was great, and the customer service exceeded my expectations! I honestly didn’t know the answers to some of the questions they were asking about my car, but they were patient, helpful, and took great care of me throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the experience and will definitely be back whenever I need more services!

This is the only place I go for my oil changes and state inspections. Anytime I've had any problems they have made it right! They're extremely knowledgeable, courteous and hardworking!
