I have always had a wonderful experience at this jiffy lube. The techs have always been very straightforward and honest about what is best for my budget and my car with each visit. They are very professional and kind during our conversions. Everyone has always answered my questions and taken great care of my car.

Cool place to get your emissions test done. Get your insurance and that's it. I walked tummy dogs around in the parking lots while we waited. It somewhat busy with 4 cars ahead of me and took about 25 mins total. I was able to pay outside but I know they are ok with trained dogs to go inside the lobby if you want to wait inside. The emissions test was the normal $18.50 or so that's required in Harris county, Houston, TX.

Everything was done quickly and with great attention to detail. A big advantage for truck owners: the bay height easily accommodates trucks up to 11 feet, which is not always easy to find. My box truck fit without any issues. Friendly staff, smooth process, no unnecessary upselling — just quality service done right. Excellent service! I took my car in for a tune-up and was expecting them to jack up the price with a bunch of unnecessary things, but to my surprise they didn't. They were honest and upfront about everything they were going to do and how much it was going to cost. It was affordable enough to were i decided to throw in a transmission fluid change, it was worth it for the high mileage on my car. Express oil change wanted to charge me over $600 for a tune-up. Do not go there! Additionally, the staff was great, waiting area was very clean and brightly lit. I will definitely be back and I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I had a wonderful experience today. I don’t know everyone’s name but Wendel and all the guys went above and beyond to help getting my hood open due to it being stuck so that I would get my routine oil change. Definitely will recommend this spot to everyone I know. Very friendly only crew and exceptional customer service!

My master cylinder went out on the highway and I just happened to be lucky enough to come to a stop in front of this Jiffy Lube. Josh was the person who primarily helped me and these folks were incredible. I was on my way to Dallas and they had me back on the road about three hours after I got there. Josh and another gentleman stayed late about 45 minutes to help finish the job. I cannot express how appreciative I am!!!
