Quick, efficient, great customer service have used them.the last 5yr for state inspection.

Great job and quick turn around.

It is a good bunch of guys. Just remember they work in 100 degree heat, and sometimes forget things (like washer fluid but I reminded them!), but good people and clearly you can tell they all get along.

Been coming here for any car needs for a while and Eddie was very helpful and knowledgeable! Had to take my husbands car in for an oil change which we discovered takes special oil. Crazy expensive but he was able to work with me on that and got it done in a very timely manner along with the state inspection. Thank you so much!

Good service friendly smiles

I arrived about 30 minutes before close to get an oil change on my Volkswagen Atlas. IYKYK- Volkswagen have a skid plate that has to be removed, takes premium oil, and takes extra steps to reset the computer. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful even though they had to stay after closing to finish my car. I have used this location for several years and have always had very good service. I would highly recommend this location!

I live right around the corner from this location. Every time I have gone, they are efficient and thorough and always take care of us. The lobby and restroom is always exceptionally clean.

I have stopped in here for different services over several years. Every single time, everyone I’ve encountered was amazingly friendly and helpful. The employees there are never anything but smiling and wonderful! It’s always a pleasure!

Quick in and out for state emissions test

Quick in and out, oil change only. The guy called it a "pump and dump" ??. Very friendly staff. I like the fact that they report to Carfax so my maintenance in logged for warranty purposes. Advice: They use Pennzoil oil. Go to the Pennzoil website for a $10 rebate coupon and then go to jiffy lube website for a coupon when you search for Pennzoil Platinum oil service centers then search for the center by zip code or address. It will give you another $26 dollar off coupon. They stacked together for a $36 total discount making it a no brainer to get the oil changed here. After the service they give you two $30 off oil change coupons. One for you and then one for a friend. I gave mine to a friend on their refrigerator.

They to order new Tire replacement services were amazing the guy's went the extra mile to ensure l was informed about any changes.

I so far haven't had issues at all with any close by Jiffy Lube in Years . Had oil Change as do every year , which is expensive like 114.00 plus whatever they charge to dispose of things etc, plus inspection and cabin filter . I appreciate just having a rest room I could use without being frightened of you know what I mean. They were nice enough to have water bottles . My only thing I was not too crazy about was Jiffy Lube doesn't mail me coupons or email me coupons often, so it would have been very beneficial to get a discount for oil change. I checked spam. They rarely send me discounts? Plus I received the receipt. It was over 225. We all know things are expensive, so I understand. Last year the Jiffyube I went to gave me a discount. This time I asked after I realized the price, and email etc mentioned. I even emailed a response to them about the discount. Never heard . They are fair , I feel still good to trust them for checking basic things like imitions and oil change filters etc . Nice people

Just needed a transmission drain and fill. They got right on it and it was done in no time! No problems

Would be 5 stars but felt like my air filters being checked is not part of an state vehicle inspection.

I have taken my cars to them for10 years for Oil Changes & State Inspections.They are quick and have done a great job to get you in & out in a timely manner, I totally recommend them.

Came in for my state inspection and had an amazing experience. Christian (who I believe was helping out from a different store) assisted me and was excellent at keeping me updated throughout the process. The shop was quite busy, probably because I came in on a weekend, but he was super communicative the entire time and made sure I got out in a reasonable timeframe. Overall, I highly recommend this location!! 11/10 for Christian and his outstanding customer service!

Great service! Jason got my oil change and inspection done quickly. I didn’t feel pressured in any up charges and Jason was great being transparent on what needed immediate attention and found a coupon for me to use. Karla was helpful in the checking out process and ensured everything was to my satisfaction before I left. I highly recommend this location!

Get my state inspection done at this location and they are always great and quick. Definitely recommend this location for that.

Stopped by Juffy Lube in Hurst today for an oil change. Tyler and the whole crew were awesome! I have not had that thorough of an oil change EVER! They checked a lot of things that would go along with an inspection such as blinkers, lights, tires, undercarriage, transmission fluid and windshield wipers. And they never even tried to upsell anything to me including my oil filter which they said was still good and I didn’t need a new one. Tyler even notified me of two potential problems that I may want to get checked out with my regular mechanic sooner or later. It was a great experience and my car ran great after that much needed oil change. Thanks guys! I will be back!

Friendly staff and quick service

I really like this location. Victoria is awesome, very helpful and she answered questions I had about my inspection that I had never experienced before turns out it wasn’t a big deal…my indicator light noted my windshield fluid was low. Glad to see women at some of their locations. Always a good experience, never long wait also and they have water available.
