I pulled up at Jiffy Lube for a vehicle inspection and everyone was great. They greeted me when I pulled in and thanked me when I left. I didn't have to wait long. I don't remember any of the guys name but it was a great experience. I will go back should I need to have any auto service.

I want to share a story I will never forget about this Jiffy Lube location. During the recent snowstorm in Texas, I found myself in a very difficult situation. My tire needed urgent help, and I only had $280 in my account. I was honestly afraid I wouldn’t be able to afford the repair. I rely on my car for delivery work — it’s my only source of income because I had an unsuccessful spinal surgery, and I live with constant back pain. On top of that, my car is not in great condition, and the engine has ongoing issues. What truly touched me was not just the service, but the humanity. The manager of the location actually used a translator to communicate with me because I don’t speak English. That alone meant so much to me. Another team member sincerely advised me — more than once — to drive slowly and stay safe. And then, something I didn’t expect: they helped me and fixed my tire for free. They didn’t know my full situation, but their kindness gave me a second chance. Because of them, I was able to keep working for a couple more days and get through a very hard moment in my life. In a time when everything felt heavy, they showed me compassion, patience, and care. I will never forget what they did for me. Thank you for being more than just a service — thank you for being human.

I just came in to get my state inspection done, (which they did in less than 10 minutes which is awesome) however one of the service members named Taylor noticed that my engine splash guard was loose and dragging. It had just recently happened and I was planning on having it fixed soon, but he offered to at least inspect it and even removed it for me complimentarily just so it wouldn't be a hazard while driving. It may be a small thing, but to me that was excellent service and Taylor was awesome to take the initiative to make sure I was safe on the road. Great location and friendly service team. Thank you!

We love this location, the employees are so nice, we wish they would stock the blend we needed to get an oil change because we really don't want to go to another location. Inspection was fast though and we appreciate how kind everyone is.

Great service and done in a timely manner

Went Monday to get my car inspected and oil changed. Was able to add on a few other requests like tire rotation since it had been a hot minute, was in and out in 20 minutes! Great fast service.

I wented in for renewal of inspection. Each one of jiffy lube employees was very understanding and had smile.

I took my van in for an oil change and state inspection. I was amazed at the excellent customer service throughout! The technician escorted me to a waiting area, pointing out steps for safety, offered me water, the customer advisor was friendlly, informative and helpful, and the manager checking me out was very friendly and efficient! The whole process was shorter than I thought! Will use them for all our cars!
