Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 20916 Burgan Path, Hutto, TX, 78634

I went to this location today for an oil change. The staff there were amazing. They got me in and out of there in no time. I’m a veteran and they acknowledged that. I really do appreciate that They were respectful and helpful. I normally don’t do jiffy lube, but this location has their stuff together.

I initially went to Midas in RoundRock and the service was terrible!. I made an appt the day before and arrived and the guy tells me 1 hr to 1 1/2 hours, for and OIL CHANGE..with a set appt! At 20 after I walked out there and they were all standing around with their hands in their pockets looking at a boat and my car had not even been pulled into a bay yet. (I have photo). So I walked over there, told them I needed my key and I left! The place was dirty, they were rude, the customer service was terrible! I went to a Jiffy Lube close to my house and they took me immediately, no appt. Place was clean and they were all very nice! They showed me my air filters, were very honest, were fast and extremely polite! I only wish they were on CarMax service list.

I just needed air in my tires and the very friendly worker aired them all up for free. So nice!

professional, efficient and kind

Super fast, always friendly!

I was able to be seen quickly on a Tuesday afternoon. The technician consulted with me prior to performing work so I knew what the bill would be before starting. The work was done quickly and the tech debriefed me on the back end. No one tried to upsell me or recommend any unnecessary services.

Anthony and the rest of the team were very honest, helpful and efficient.

Great service. Thank you!

Was able to get in and out quickly, by the time my ride showed up, they were done with my oil change! Quick service, professional and knowledgeable! Thanks Jiffy team in Hutto!

I had an excellent experience here. The entire staff was extremely kind and helpful but especially Mr. Ricco. He fully explained the details of my vehicle issues to me and was attentive and kept me informed along the way. I absolutely will be coming back again for all my vehicle matters!

Great service!

Came in for oil change, took me right in, fast, didn’t try to over sell me! Will use again!

Rico took excellent care of me and my haggard work truck, he professionally informed me of my trucks needed repairs without trying to upsell me things I didn’t need or want. The lobby was comfortably air conditioned, bathroom clean, and complimentary water bottles for customers. The entire staff is very professional and welcoming. Thanks to Rico, this jiffy lube is the only place I will be conducting business with my work vehicles.

This is my favorite Jiffy Lube’s to go to their very knowledgeable about the things you need for your car, they get you in and out. I recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone they do a great job. Customer service is top-tier assistant manager Rico help you figure out things that you need for your car if you’re unaware.

I come to this Jiffy Lube every time I need anything done on my car. They are helpful. They are friendly and they know what they’re talking about. They never tried to upsell me anything. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.

Went in for my vehicle inspection and ended up finding out about some other things that my car actually needed done. They thoroughly explained and took me out to my car to show each issue. They didnt pressure me to fix and spend money right then and there and explained that they just wanted me to be aware of what my car needed. I ended up getting everything fixed and they took into account I was on a time crunch and got everything done super fast. I ended up getting an inspection, transmission checked, and air filters changed. He gave me a discount and even threw in a chemical to help drain out the bad fluids.

Rico was great to deal with and the process easy. I will definitely return.

Went in for a quick oil change at the huttto jiffy lube and it turned out that I had a bigger problem. They were the nicer people and walked we through what was wrong and what they could do to help. They gave me so much information on the issue and what they could do to help. They fixed the big problem that I had with my oil leak. I would recommend this place for a oil change to anyone. I always go there and will continue to keep going there. Thank you guys again.

Great service! I was in and out in under 10 minutes and Miguel, the manager, was very helpful. highly recommend!

Jiffy lube is always attentive to my needs and never push me to buy anything I do not want!

Good people and very knowledgeable.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today during my vehicle inspection and emissions test. I especially want to recognize Rico and Shante—they handled a very difficult customer with calmness and professionalism, and it truly stood out. They didn’t let the situation shake them at all and continued to provide excellent service. I also want to mention the head mechanic (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name). He was very friendly, respectful, and made the overall experience even better. It’s not every day you see a team handle pressure that well. I really appreciate the professionalism and positive attitude from everyone there!

Jalyn Anderson did a great job of getting me in and out. I'll be back

Amazing and quick service. They brought to my attention what was overdue for service. Showed me a service review of all my fluids and filters.
