I had an excellent experience here. The entire staff was extremely kind and helpful but especially Mr. Ricco. He fully explained the details of my vehicle issues to me and was attentive and kept me informed along the way. I absolutely will be coming back again for all my vehicle matters!

Rico took excellent care of me and my haggard work truck, he professionally informed me of my trucks needed repairs without trying to upsell me things I didn’t need or want. The lobby was comfortably air conditioned, bathroom clean, and complimentary water bottles for customers. The entire staff is very professional and welcoming. Thanks to Rico, this jiffy lube is the only place I will be conducting business with my work vehicles.

This is my favorite Jiffy Lube’s to go to their very knowledgeable about the things you need for your car, they get you in and out. I recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone they do a great job. Customer service is top-tier assistant manager Rico help you figure out things that you need for your car if you’re unaware.

I come to this Jiffy Lube every time I need anything done on my car. They are helpful. They are friendly and they know what they’re talking about. They never tried to upsell me anything. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.

Went in for my vehicle inspection and ended up finding out about some other things that my car actually needed done. They thoroughly explained and took me out to my car to show each issue. They didnt pressure me to fix and spend money right then and there and explained that they just wanted me to be aware of what my car needed. I ended up getting everything fixed and they took into account I was on a time crunch and got everything done super fast. I ended up getting an inspection, transmission checked, and air filters changed. He gave me a discount and even threw in a chemical to help drain out the bad fluids.

Rico was great to deal with and the process easy. I will definitely return.

Went in for a quick oil change at the huttto jiffy lube and it turned out that I had a bigger problem. They were the nicer people and walked we through what was wrong and what they could do to help. They gave me so much information on the issue and what they could do to help. They fixed the big problem that I had with my oil leak. I would recommend this place for a oil change to anyone. I always go there and will continue to keep going there. Thank you guys again.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today during my vehicle inspection and emissions test. I especially want to recognize Rico and Shante—they handled a very difficult customer with calmness and professionalism, and it truly stood out. They didn’t let the situation shake them at all and continued to provide excellent service. I also want to mention the head mechanic (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name). He was very friendly, respectful, and made the overall experience even better. It’s not every day you see a team handle pressure that well. I really appreciate the professionalism and positive attitude from everyone there!

Amazing and quick service. They brought to my attention what was overdue for service. Showed me a service review of all my fluids and filters. And even worked with me on price and explained what kind of discounts they could give me to stay within budget. Definitely going back for all the needs of my vehicle.

Rico, the assistant manager, was very professional and kind during my visit. Very personable and easy to talk to. Made recommendations but wasn’t pushy when I passed on some. They had my car’s oil changed and filters replaced in less than 15 min. Great experience!

Honestly had a really good experience at Jiffy Lube. I was expecting it to take forever, but they got me in and out pretty fast. Everyone was nice and didn’t try to pressure me into buying a bunch of extra stuff, which I appreciated. Shoutout to Brandon at the front desk he was super nice and made the whole checkout process easy. Overall just a smooth, stress-free visit. I’ll definitely come back next time I need an oil change!

Rico and his crew do a it's a fantastic job, explaining everything they do. When they do it asking you a permission before they do it. And being very quick and thorough at what they are doing, a very pleasant experience to get an oil change with a smile which is hard to come by these days, hats off two rico and his crew, thank you so much.
