They were really good with the details. At other locations, they just hand me the sticker and let me attach it, this place put it on the window, this is also the first place that offered to reset the change oil light indicator. That is also a first. Just very service oriented. Great job men!!!!

Going to Jiffy Lube was a great idea for me today. Service was excellent and the employees were very nice. So glad that they were open on Sunday. I will be returning to have other services done.

Fast and and always professional. Recommend services, but never force you into anything you don't want to do.

The gentleman named William was very thoughtful and considerate. He explained everything that needed to done, should be done, that was done and even things my car would need in the future. All of the people there wee polite.

I HIGHLY recommend this location! I was greeted at my car and I requested an oil change. They took my information, led me inside the building and informed me about my costs. I was on a very tight budget and the employees made sure it was affordable with no upsells. It was maybe a 10-15 minute total service. The 2 employees who worked on my vehicle were very nice, professional, and friendly. The interior of the building was clean, and smelled like a new fresh car. I was offered complimentary water among other things as we stepped inside. The family bathroom was spotless and very open/spacious, and fully stocked with its toiletries.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a level of professionalism that immediately put me at ease. William stood out for his friendly attitude and clear communication—he took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the service being performed. The entire team worked efficiently without ever making me feel rushed, and their attention to detail really showed. What impressed me most was the genuine care they showed for both me and my vehicle. It’s not often you find a place that combines speed, quality, and exceptional customer service so seamlessly. I highly recommend stopping by—William and his team truly go above and beyond!

It was a good experience. One suggestion though…. Let people know what it’s going to cost before you agree to the service. Not a big deal, but it’s a good practice.

Needed a new oil place in town since alot do not carry conventional oil. Jiffy Lube in Kaufman does. Greeted by Demetrius with a big smile and hand shake. Dale the manager came over, got all my info, and escorted me to the new waiting area. Offered me water or coffee. Showed me around and they started on my car. I watched thru the big window. Again in my other reviews, safety is first. Not just mine but the workers. Rilley and Ryan joined Demetrius and Dale and they worked like ants. Each had a job, announced what they were doing and did it. No confusion. Dale went thru a comprehensive checklist with me and rated my problems by red, yellow and green and offered an estimate to fix them No high pressure. The guys finished up, Received 50% off on conventional oil change. I asked Dale if I could come on the floor to thank the guys.
