Quick, courteous and friendly service. Will definitely use them again

I have used this Jiffy Lube location for years and they have never disappointed . Communication is clear , discounts and coupons are honored , and the oil change has always been done well. Today I was greeted by the technician , told how long it would take , door was opened for me , maintenance explained , oil change done all in 30 minutes or less . Tre explained any upcoming maintenance that could be addressed. Always informative , never pushy and had quotes for brakes so that I can consider all my options . Kiddos to this crew and location !

Based off first impression - everyone there was so nice and they were able to get everything ordered for me quickly and get me in next day.

Had an inspection done for a registration renewal. Was greeted at the door, waiting room was very clean, and inspection was completed quickly.

Good experience, had tires rotated, oil changed, air filter and cabin filter changed, and full synthetic oil, and wipers changed for $190.00. It took less than 45 minutes start to finish

These guys are amazing and help you out when you are in a tough bind. They are my go to for everything from oil changes to brakes. I have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend them to anybody.

Went to the jiffylube for the first time off of west lake houston for an oil change and emission inspection and WOW! The team there was so kind and assisting. They were super quick and diligent. The team was attentive and ran things in tip top shape! I typically go to take 5 but I will definitely be back for my next oil change!!

Needed a battery change 30’minutrs before close and they were all very professional and was able to do the work quickly before they closed.

I’m giving five stars because of two people here; Richard and the gentleman who’s name I didn’t get. I had a great experience my first visit and was upset with my second visit. I originally left a bad review that I deleted later; here’s why: Richard the manager sincerely cares and took time to make sure my concerns were addressed, the younger gentleman whose name I didn’t get came and offered me a sincere apology, shook my hand, and listened; that shows he cares and wants to be better at his job. They fixed my concerns and I wish I had shown more appreciation at the time. Just like any other automotive service shop, they get busy and busy people sometimes make small mistakes; from the way they held themselves accountable and remedied the situation I believe these fine folks make fewer mistakes than most and they do care about doing a good job.
