I went for a state inspection. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I was greeted immediately upon arriving. Great experience overall.

Excellent customer service. Didn’t oversell. Saw that tires were good and didn’t need rotated rather than upselling automatically. That goes a long way for building lifetime trust. Can’t take that for granted though. Superior customer service will always prevail.

I always come to this location for my State Inspection. Everyone is polite, kind, and respectful. They do exactly what I ask them to do without trying to upsell every service. Im in and out in 20 minutes or less, guaranteed!

We had the oil changed & a couple of filters. Attendant was friendly & explained what he thought we might want to replace. He showed us the filters so we could make the right decision. We were in and out in just a short time.

I brought my wife's vehicle and my vehicle in for a oil change on the same day. The staff was friendly. The manager Joseph was very friendly and professional. I would recommend this location to anyone needing a oil change.

Jiffy Lube does Texas State inspections and various auto needs. Upon arrival at this location you pull in the back, similar to going thru a car wash. In the back are 3 auto bays at which the Tech ask what's the purpose of your visit. He then will instruct you which bay to pull up to. That's the point at which you stop and get out and go inside. They tell you at that point approximately how long it will be. This location is similar to a car wash as you walk in along a hall to the front where there's a waiting room. Along this hall and in the waiting room is lined with windows as to which you can see all three days and the progress of your vehicle. Jiffy lube inspects all vehicle's that come through their facilities for free of the general safety items ( lights, tires, wipers, air filter, oil, and other such items. It's then given to the service tech who call on you, and take you to where you arrived at. In this location is a computer terminal at which once he goes over the condition of there free inspection. There's no high pressure to due any repairs if you choose not to. I personally as someone who can do repairs and very familiar with safety issues thinks great that they do this. I feel most people would appreciate if they notice a unsafe tire, or the cars air filter dirty, or even a battery about to die. Most people don't like the pressure to buy service, but appreciate something they were unaware of. As far as prices on their services, I can't honestly say because I only got the State inspection which is the say everywhere. However overall a great experience and quick open service for basic auto needs. Highly Recommend.

Employees are so friendly, professional and courteous. They all communicate well with each other and their patrons. Waiting area is very clean, and service is very efficient.
