This Jiffy Lube location is the best. I have used them since moving to Austin 6 years ago. Not all Jiffy Lube's are created equal. People matter and the staff here is knowledgable and always pleasant when I go in for service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

They are super fast and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place for an oil change. I had an oil change appointment at Firestone, but they cancelled it last minute. I Googled the closest oil change place and headed to Jeffy Lube.They changed the oil in less than 20 minutes and their prices are very reasonable, way cheaper than their competitors, and they have top-notch customer service.

Jiffy Lube on 620 in Lakeway is awesome. So much better than where I was going. Convenient , good price, and done in 15 minuets. They had everything I needed and were very knowledgeable. I used to think places like this were not very professional, but this place changed my mind.

I’ve been driving company cars for close to 8 years now and only have a few places I can get my car serviced through the program. Jiffy lube is one of those places, I’ve been to a lot of different facilities and this is hands down the best jiffy lube I have ever been to. Friendly with quick and efficient service. I don’t even live in the area anymore and I still bring my car here to get serviced.

Got my work truck’s oil changed here. They took less than 15 minutes to do it and still did a good job checking to see if anything else needed to be done. They did not even try to upsell on anything. Will probably be returning here for future oil changes.

I’ve been to a million different car shops in my day and the gentlemen working at this location are the most genuine and down right honest guys (Latroy and Tyler) which is very rare in the business. They were able to diagnose my engine troubles, get me connected with the exact parts I needed, nothing extra, and fix my car up the day of. Incredible service. Shout out to Latroy & Tyler really friendly great guys. Can’t thank them enough.

These guys where awesome. I went in because my brand new 2023 Koa was leaking oil and my panel underneath was hanging off. I had just gotten a an oil change less than a week ago. The found the problem immediately and it was my drain plug was loose and my screws that held the plate where missing and they replaced with little clips that did not hold my plate underneath my SUV. Jiffy Lube staff fixed my car and the plate underneath and tapped off my oil in less than 15mins. They were so nice and reassuring. I'm back rolling and feeling secure. Thanks Jiffy Lube :)
